Research On The Cultural And Creative Services Of Archives From A Narrative Perspectiv

With the promotion of archives management practice and the development of archival application technology,the cultural creative service of archives plays an increasingly prominent role in the development and utilization of archival information resources.However,only a few archives in China are exploring new ideas of cultural creative services.Most archives are still in the development,editing and research services of traditional cultural achievements such as offline exhibitions,lectures,essays and publications.Most of these achievements are limited to the mechanical typeset and content stacking of archival information resources,often ignoring narrative expression and language application.What is cultural and creative services,how to apply the creativity to the archival cultural services,and how to develop the archival cultural and creative services have become the practical problems that the archives need to consider.This study introduces the narratology theory to explore how to develop the archives’ cultural creative services,and adds innovative ideas for the research of the archives’ cultural creative services,hoping to inspire the development of the archives’ cultural creative products and services.Firstly,this paper combs the basic theories of archival narrative and cultural creative service of archives,clarifies the development process and basic concepts of the two,and demonstrates the feasibility of the integration of narrative theory and cultural creative service of archives.Then,it focuses on the analysis of the narrative elements of the cultural creative service of the archives,and constructs the narrative framework of the cultural creative service of the archives from the four elements of the narrate scope,narrative participants,narrative media and narrative expression.Finally,it summarizes the existing limitations from the current situation of the narrative subject,narrative quality and service effect of the cultural creative service of the archives.4M1 E analysis method was introduced to analyze the reasons from five aspects of human-machine material process,and finally the optimization path of changing ideas,ensuring resources and multi-subject cooperation was proposed.
