| In recent years,the e-commerce industry has gradually entered the stock market from the incremental market.User experience has gradually become one of the reasons for consumers to choose e-commerce platforms.Consumers not only pay attention to functional needs,but also pay attention to personalized psychological needs.For merchant,user experience always affects work efficiency and job satisfaction,the importance of design cannot be ignored.However,due to the rapid development of e-commerce,most of the seller platform pursuit of online efficiency and full coverage of functions,resulting in complex use process,unclear visual level and other problems,leading to the general use of the management tools of the merchants are very low,which is not conducive to the formation of a good e-commerce ecology and long-term development.Because of this,it is particularly important to explore and put forward ways and methods to improve the willingness of merchants to use seller platform.This dissertation reviews Technology Acceptance Model and immersion theory,combined with the characteristics of seller platform interface design and proposed Flow Technology Acceptance Model(Flow-TAM)that immersion experience affects users’ willingness to use seller platform.Based on the model,a research hypothesis is proposed to explore user intention to seller platform.SPSS and AMOS software are used to solve the structural equation model and verify the research hypothesis,to reveal the relationship between various latent variables that affect user intention,and obtain the key factors to improve user intention.Therefore,the design principle of seller platform is put forward and applied to design practice.Finally,according to the design principles,an evaluation system is established to verify the differences between the original scheme and the optimized scheme,and verify the scientifically and effectiveness of the proposed design method.In this dissertation,a Flow-TAM model is proposed by combining the technology acceptance model and immersion theory.Taking the interface design of seller platform as the research object,a design method of seller platform interface oriented to improve the user intention is proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the innovation of merchant management tools in user experience. |
