How to obtain and maintain the leading edge in the competition is one of the main research propositions of corporate governance.The arrival of the era of service economy further intensifies the competition among enterprises.Competition between supply chains become main competition between enterprises gradually.For customer resources win,when expanding business,company and consumers realize the unity of value creation and value exchange through interactive and effective cooperation,which has become an important means of enterprise business model innovation.How to formulate a scientific and reasonable value creation mechanism between logistics supply chain service providers and customer enterprises,through effective interactive resource integration,and achieve value co-creation with the goal of optimizing overall benefits has become a topic of concern for many enterprises,which is also the main problem of this paper.In the context of globalization,international trade is booming.In recent ten years as a branch of international trade,cross-border e-commerce industry has developed rapidly.Company A is one of the enterprises with the fastest market value growth and the highest brand value of the global cross-border e-commerce world.The cross-border logistics supply chain business started late,the market share has been divided by other cross-border logistics suppliers,and the market dividend is missing.Company A as the research object of this paper,takes the competitive strategy of crossborder e-commerce logistics supply chain business of company A as the research content,reviews the development history of cross-border e-commerce logistics business of company A based on the relevant theory of value co-creation,and analyzes the external environment,internal resources Customer resources and the market status and future trend of cross-border e-commerce logistics industry,combined with the capacity status of company A,through five forces model,SWOT and other analysis methods,provide ideas and references for building a cross-border e-commerce logistics supply chain with value creation,value exchange,risk sharing and benefit sharing.
