| The combination of the Internet and foreign trade has spawned a booming cross-border ecommerce.As a new trade model with a certain stage of Internet development,cross-border ecommerce enables consumers and businesses to conduct online transactions anytime and anywhere,completely changing the traditional offline trade mode.Today,with the spread of the epidemic and the sudden change in the international situation,Chinese cross-border e-commerce has grown against the trend and even become an important role in guaranteeing global supply.Research on the performance of its supply chain has attracted widespread attention.The development of cross-border e-commerce is very rapid.Although this model has brought many benefits to enterprises,it also intensifies market competition.Many enterprises ignore the management of supply chain in the operation process,resulting in enterprise thunderstorms caused by inventory overstocking,capital chain fracture and delayed product update.In this context,every crossborder e-commerce enterprise must consider how to attract consumers to convert more traffic,how to build competitive advantages to adapt to market changes,and how to achieve stable and sustainable development of its own supply chain.As cross-border e-commerce activities of the micro main body,cross-border e-commerce in our country business enterprise supply chain performance evaluation indicators of what,how to measure performance level,is of great importance to study how to improve supply chain performance is targeted,the key problem of this article on the basis of study and in the future to the cross-border e-commerce business enterprise supply chain management are proposed.With this as the focus,the following research contents are made in this thesis:Firstly,the theory and research of cross-border e-commerce supply chain are elaborated in detail,and the performance evaluation index system of cross-border e-commerce supply chain is preliminarily designed according to the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce industry.Delphi method was used to screen and verify the indicators for several rounds,and the performance evaluation index system of cross-border e-commerce supply chain--six-dimension Balanced Scorecard(6DBSC)model was constructed.At the same time,the interpretive structure model is used to decompose the secondary indicators,and six hierarchical structures of cross-border ecommerce supply chain performance evaluation are obtainedSecondly,through the analysis of the principle and operation process of LMBP algorithm,an improved algorithm of BP algorithm,a performance evaluation model for cross-border ecommerce supply chain is constructed.The combination of LMBP algorithm and 6DBSC model makes the index weight determination of cross-border e-commerce supply chain performance evaluation more scientific and the convergence speed is faster.Therefore,this thesis proposes a performance evaluation method for cross-border e-commerce supply chain from the perspective of bionic algorithm.Finally,based on the 6DBSC model and the application of LMBP algorithm,the empirical analysis of the cross-border e-commerce supply chain enterprise S company is carried out,and the performance evaluation results are given,and the performance of the months with poor performance is optimized and improved.The results show that the prediction results under LMBP algorithm are accurate and the error level is small,and it is feasible in the application of cross-border e-commerce supply chain performance evaluation and improvement,thus providing a certain theoretical basis and model reference for cross-border e-commerce supply chain management and performance improvement,with certain theoretical and practical significance. |
