Cross-border e-commerce has been growing rapidly in recent years, and the outbreak of the new pneumonia epidemic has provided new opportunities for its development. There is a wealth of research on cross-border e-commerce in academia, but the existing studies have rarely been explored from a supply chain perspective. Therefore, incorporating cross-border ecommerce into the perspective of supply chain is an attempt to study cross-border e-commerce.The supply chain network equilibrium problem is one of the focal points of supply chain research, which explores the overall equilibrium conditions of the supply chain network and provides a theoretical basis for decision makers’ decisions by precisely portraying the coordination and cooperation relationship between decision makers. At present, there is relatively little research on cross-border e-commerce supply chain networks, and they have been in a state of innovation, especially the dual channels of overseas warehouses and traditional cross-border logistics coexisting in the post-epidemic era.Relying on the realistic conditions of uncertain demand to construct an equilibrium model of cross-border e-commerce supply chain networks can not only make up for the lack of quantitative research on crossborder e-commerce,but also provide a scientific basis for decision makers in cross-border ecommerce supply chain networks. This thesis mainly relies on international trade and supply chain related theories, and establishes a dual-channel supply chain network model consisting of four levels: producer,cross-border e-commerce platform, overseas warehouse and consumer, where the dual-channel refers to the coexistence and competition between the overseas warehouse logistics mode and the traditional cross-border logistics mode, and then establishes the optimal decision objective function based on the multiple objectives of profit maximization, risk minimization and customer relationship value of enterprises at each level. The optimal decision objective function is then established based on the multi-objectives of profit maximization, risk minimization and customer relationship value maximization for each tier, converted into a variational inequality, and solved using a modified projection algorithm to derive an equilibrium solution for the dualchannel supply chain network model for cross-border e-commerce.From the model building as well as the simulation results, the cross-border e-commerce supply chain network model established in this thesis is more in line with the facts both in terms of the level of relationship value and the number of transactions.Through the study of some parameters,it is found that consumers are more sensitive to changes in the cost of overseas warehouses,i.e.when there is unfavorable behavior such as raising prices or lowering service levels in the real operation of overseas warehouses,a significant proportion of consumers will give up using overseas warehouses and switch to the more customary traditional cross-border logistics;the logical chain for the rapid development of overseas warehouses is that COVID-19 makes the demand of cross-border e-commerce consumers increases, and the increase in consumer demand leads to an increase in the number of transactions and transaction prices of overseas warehouses, and the supply chain thus gains increased benefits and thus vigorously builds overseas warehouses;the rapid development of overseas warehouses improves the overall performance of the cross-border point e-commerce supply chain. After the overall analysis of the model, this study also considers the existence of both outof-stock and waste risk preferences for cross-border e-commerce platforms and overseas warehouses, analyses the impact of different combinations of risk preferences of decision makers on the optimal ordering and pricing strategies, and quantifies them numerically to better reflect the relevant findings. In this section,it is found that the risk appetite decisions of the dominant cross-border e-commerce platform have a more prominent impact on the supply chain. When the overseas warehouse has a risk preference for out-of-stock and the cross-border ecommerce platform has a risk preference for waste, the overseas warehouse will choose a relatively aggressive ordering scheme;when the overseas warehouse has a risk preference for waste and the cross-border e-commerce platform has a risk preference for out-of-stock,the overseas warehouse will choose a relatively conservative ordering scheme;when the overseas warehouse has a risk preference for out-of-stock and the cross-border e-commerce platform has a risk preference for out-of-stock,the overseas warehouse will choose a relatively aggressive ordering scheme;when the overseas warehouse has waste risk appetite and the cross-border ecommerce platform has waste risk appetite, the overseas warehouse will choose a relatively aggressive ordering scheme. However, the latter two scenarios are prone to extreme cases of very high or very low,and the repurchase contract moderates such extreme cases to ensure that the optimal solution exists for the relative cases in the supply chain.Through modelling and example analysis, this thesis obtains the optimal decisions of manufacturers,cross-border e-commerce platforms, overseas warehouses and consumers respectively, and proposes corresponding countermeasures based on the final conclusions around three aspects: digital economy, overseas warehouse construction and risk management, which is of certain guiding significance for the development of cross-border e-commerce supply chain networks.
