With the increasingly prominent environmental and energy issues,the demand for environmentally sustainable products has been stimulated.Innovative design for sustainable products is the key to sustainable product development.It is necessary to ensure that products meet the requirements of sustainable development in environmental,economic and social aspects while satisfying product functions and performance.The innovative design of sustainable products faces severe challenges such as information ambiguity,data uncertainty,and conflict between sustainability and function and performance decision-making.Therefore,the research on innovative design methods for sustainable products is important for guiding the rapid development and innovation of sustainable products.Design is important.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzed the innovative design process for sustainable products,and established the innovative design process model and technical system for sustainable products.(2)An innovative opportunity identification method based on network knowledge and patent mining technology and scenario simulation method to obtain sustainable products is proposed.Through product market segmentation and competition analysis,a method to determine market opportunities based on market competition potential is proposed.Aiming at the new development market,a method based on patent mining technology is proposed to obtain technological and principle innovation opportunities for sustainable products by analyzing product characteristics,sustainable attributes and competitive product characteristics;for new application markets,a scenario simulation based method is proposed method,by expanding new scenario conditions or scenario restructuring,to obtain new application opportunities or comprehensive application opportunities of sustainable products.(3)A sustainable product demand innovation method integrating ladder technology and quality function configuration(QFD)is proposed.According to the identified sustainable product innovation opportunities,the ladder technology and quality function configuration(QFD)are integrated to obtain the user needs of sustainable products,and realize the conversion of sustainable product user needs to technical needs.Based on the combination of fuzzy decision-making experiment method(DEMATEL),improved fuzzy logarithmic least squares method(LLSM),and fuzzy network hierarchy analysis(FANP),the relevant fuzzy problems in the process of demand analysis are quantified to improve the fuzzy frontend decision-making.scientific and sustainable product development capabilities.(4)Established a sustainable product innovation design method integrating the QFD waterfall decomposition method with TRIZ theory and improved function-principle-structure method.According to the user needs of sustainable products,based on ideal solution and system function analysis,technology evolution analysis,applying patent search and effect knowledge base,a method to obtain the concept scheme of sustainable products is proposed;an improved FBS model is established,through functions,Mapping between principles,behavioral effects and structures,and a method for obtaining sustainable product structure solutions;establishing an evaluation method for innovative design solutions for sustainable products.(5)Taking the improved design process for sustainable edge position correction system as an example,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
