| With the development of society and economic progress,the focus of human resource management in enterprises is also updating and changing.How to retain,attract,motivate and improve employee satisfaction has become an important factor in human resource management.Reasonable and effective performance salary management can motivate employees’ enthusiasm and initiative.Therefore,it is the primary task for enterprises to develop a scientific and reasonable performance salary management plan that is compatible with the actual development of enterprises in the future.Based on the research of relevant basic theories and the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,this paper takes Xinhua bookstore in Jilin Province as the main body of the research to analyse and study the performance and salary management,according to its actual operating conditions and the characteristics of employees,so as to lay the foundation for optimizing and improving the performance salary management of enterprises.The problems existing in performance appraisal and salary management of enterprises at the present stage are found,unitary salary growth mode of employees.This paper refines and clarifies the position-level key performance indicators of employees and formulates performance appraisal scoring standards to improve the performance appraisal system.The salary structure of an enterprise consists of fixed salary,floating salary and welfare allowance and other these three parts.To stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.In the optimization of fixed compensation,broadband compensation is used to determine the setting standard of employee post compensation to enhance employees’ motivation.From the three aspects of corporate culture guarantee,organizational guarantee and system guarantee,we can provide a guarantee basis for the optimization implementation of performance pay management,so as to ensure the steady implementation and effective implementation of the improvement plan.Through the optimization and improvement of the performance management and salary administration of Xinhua Bookstore in Jilin Province,this paper enhances the attraction of enterprises to talents.The purpose of this paper is to stimulate the subjective initiative of employees and improve their work enthusiasm while retaining talents of Xinhua Bookstore in Jilin Province,so as to play a positive role in the sustainable and long-term development of enterprises in the future.This paper has certain guidance for the performance pay design of state-owned bookstore enterprises and state-owned enterprises with similar development background. |
