| In order to realize the high quality development in the new stage of Chinese economy,the14 th Five-Year Plan proposes to drive the change of production mode,life style and governance mode with digital transformation,and the digital transformation becomes the strategic requirement of the high quality development of Chinese economy.At the same time,the rapid development of digital economy accelerated the digital transformation of traditional industries.After nearly ten years of rapid development,the growth of computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry has slowed down,and began to seek high-quality development,so as to cope with the technical risks and political risks of the industry.At this time,digital transformation has become an effective way to build its core competitiveness.The current literature,whether case studies or empirical studies,focuses on industrial digitalization,while the exploration of transformation mode and path is fragmented.The computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing enterprises studied in this paper belong to digital industrialization enterprises,which can provide new evidence for the research on the related path of digital industrialization.In addition,most current studies select successful transformation cases for analysis,while this paper focuses on the failure process of enterprise transformation and analyzes the reasons for the failure in the early stage of transformation and the success in the later stage of transformation.Therefore,this paper can provide relevant supplements for the research on the process of digital transformation.This paper adopts the research methods of literature research,case analysis,quantitative analysis and comparative analysis to explore the motivation of TCL’s digital transformation,sort out TCL’s digital transformation path,study its impact on enterprise performance combined with enterprise’s digital transformation path,and analyze its mechanism.The findings are as follows: first,policy support,economic environment,consumer demand,technological development,lack of development,complex organizational structure,strategic absence and organizational change spirit will drive enterprises to carry out digital transformation.Second,TCL mainly carried out digital transformation through organizational streamlining,strategic focus,cognitive upgrading,financial sharing,industrial Internet and other approaches,and achieved good results.Third,digital transformation drives the improvement of enterprise performance,which has a positive impact on the labor efficiency,profitability,operation ability,financial management,production and manufacturing capacity of enterprises.This study will provide ideas and reference for other enterprises to carry out digital transformation,and help enterprises to achieve successful digital transformation and high-quality development. |
