With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,online retail has become a sales channel that brands are vying to seize,and many e-commerce companies have gradually developed to provide online agency operations for brand owners.They purchase products in bulk from brand suppliers,attract consumers to place orders through marketing activities on major e-commerce platforms,and then send the products to consumers.Although frequent e-commerce promotional activities will bring sales to brand owners and increase profits for e-commerce companies,the fluctuations in market demand brought about by promotional activities make it difficult for companies to accurately predict replenishment needs,resulting in fluctuations in inventory levels in the supply chain.Relying on the capabilities of a single company alone,it is difficult for e-commerce companies to face the inventory control problem of the entire supply chain.In this context,this article takes a Nanjing company J,which specializes in providing agency operation services for various brand suppliers,as the research object,and combines the inventory control problems and causes of its leading secondary supply chain under the promotion behavior,and uses "Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment"theory as the basis,construct a supply chain inventory control plan under the promotion behavior.First,according to the nine standard steps of CPFR theory,J company can first select suppliers with a sense of collaboration as partners to jointly carry out the collaborative planning process;secondly,through the causal multiple regression analysis and forecast method,the article establishes the promotion behavior to place an order The causal relationship function between the quantity and the related variables of promotional activities,and build the process of J company and suppliers to predict demand collaboratively;Finally,the article establishes the collaborative replenishment plan under the promotion behavior,establishes the supply chain inventory management cost model under the background of promotion activities,and adopts the actual data calculation of J company verifies the validity of the application of the CPFR method.Based on the CPFR method,this article constructs a plan for collaborative planning,forecasting and replenishment between J company and its suppliers under promotional activities,which provides a reference for the study of supply chain inventory control methods.And through model calculations and data results,the article shows that the implementation of the CPFR method can save supply chain inventory management costs under the influence of promotional activities,and enhance the competitiveness and coordination of the supply chain.The research results of this article can provide reference for J company and other similar e-commerce companies to explore effective inventory management methods and strengthen supply chain coordination.
