Catering income plays an important role in the total retail sales of consumer goods in China.The catering industry has the characteristics of "three high and one low",and the competition within the industry is fierce.Aiming at the problems of multi category purchasing,high price increase rate and high loss rate in the traditional catering supply chain,B2B catering supply chain platform came into being,providing more choices for catering enterprises’ order distribution scheme.At present,in the process of expanding business scale,how to build a standard and reliable catering supply chain has become a difficult problem for company Y.Based on this,from the perspective of Y’s enterprise development and catering supply chain management optimization,taking the order allocation strategy as the research object,this thesis constructs a multi-objective order allocation model considering cost and satisfaction,and quantitatively analyzes the reasonable order allocation scheme of company Y.First of all,thesis analyzes the problems and reasons of the current management of the catering supply chain in view of the actual problems of the company Y catering supply chain.According to the current situation of company Y,the thesis analyzes the factors influencing the management of catering supply chain mainly in cost and service satisfaction.Then,the composition of cost and service satisfaction function is analyzed.Cost function is composed of raw material purchase cost,labor cost and inventory cost.Among them,choosing different catering supply chain mode has great influence on labor cost;service satisfaction function will be determined by product freshness,service level and trust level.Among them,the product freshness of catering industry is uncertain.In this thesis,triangle fuzzy number is used to represent the product freshness,while service level is considered The level of supplier return and replacement services and installment services.Finally,according to the multi supplier purchase order allocation model of cost minimization and service satisfaction maximization,NSGA II algorithm process is designed and solved by python.Compare the optimal scheme under different preferences with the current actual scheme of company Y,and calculate the change of cost and service satisfaction target value.Then the multi-source procurement and monthly purchase order allocation model are designed,and the sensitivity of labor cost and trust level is analyzed.The results show that this model can improve the cost and service satisfaction of Y’s order allocation scheme to a certain extent.Through the quantitative model,it can help to establish the order allocation strategy of catering supply chain and improve the operation efficiency.From the product dimension,this thesis analyzes the advantage products under the two modes,which provides decision support for the establishment of stable supplier cooperation management in the chain development.Company Y’s trust level to suppliers is an important factor for the order allocation scheme,and company Y needs to pay attention to comparing the trust level of suppliers.Catering suppliers need to pay attention to establish a higher level of trust with catering enterprises to obtain more orders.
