Exploring The Path Of Industrialization Development Of Jute Bamboo Shoot In Yingde City

With the development of characteristic agriculture,Yingde is also actively developing the bamboo shoot industry.With good geographical location and climatic conditions,Yingde is gradually expanding the planting scale of Ma bamboo shoots.But at the same time of development,a series of factors restricted the development of bamboo shoot industry.Therefore,through the research on the development of bamboo shoot industry in Yingde City,exploring the path of bamboo shoot industrialization is conducive to promoting the economic development of Yingde City.In this paper,the bamboo shoots in Yingde City are taken as the research object,and the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and swot-ahp analysis are used to carry out the research.Firstly,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages of resource advantages,high market economic value,reasonable planning and layout of the industrialization of Dendrocalamus latifolia shoots in Yingde City;The single financing channel,the low professional quality of farmers,the lack of scientific and technological innovation and the lack of brand publicity restrict the development of the industrialization of bamboo shoots;The development of rural tourism,the leading role of Dawan district and the support of local policies have created opportunities for the development of bamboo shoot industrialization;However,the competition of other dried bamboo shoots and the prominent environmental problems pose a threat to the development of the industrialization of bamboo shoots.Secondly,the weights of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats are obtained by using AHP analysis method.The final results show that the development strategy of Yingde hemp bamboo shoot industry is positioned as a pioneering strategy.To sum up,this paper puts forward four suggestions for the road choice of the industrialization of Dendrocalamus latifolia shoots in Yingde City: strengthen brand publicity and broaden sales channels;Actively integrate into the construction and development of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Great Bay area;Strengthen policy support;Strengthen infrastructure construction and build a standardized demonstration base.
