Spatial-Temporal Pattern And Influencing Factors Of High-Quality Development Level Of Tourism In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

At present,China has entered a stage of high-quality development,and tourism,as a pillar industry of the national economy,is an important area for high-quality development.In this context,promoting the high-quality development of the tourism industry has become a new direction and a new proposition for the development of China’s tourism industry in the new era.At present,the issues of what the high-quality development of tourism is,how to evaluate the high-quality development of tourism and how to realize the high-quality development of tourism are still in the process of theoretical discussion and practical exploration,which need to be thoroughly and systematically studied.The Yangtze River Economic Belt has an important strategic position in the overall pattern of China’s tourism development and China’s "14th Five-Year Plan" has clearly proposed to further improve the quality of tourism destinations and create an international golden tourism belt in the Yangtze River.Understanding the spatial-temporal differences in the level of high-quality tourism development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,exploring its influencing factors,and on this basis,putting forward policy recommendations to promote the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt will help broaden the research content in the field of high-quality tourism development,provide scientific basis for the high quality development of tourism in the Yangtze Economic Belt,and have important practical significance for the creation of an international golden tourism belt in the Yangtze River.This article clarifies the connotation of the high-quality development of tourism in combination with the new development concept.Based on the connotation and basic approach of high-quality tourism development,from the five dimensions of innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development,and shared development,a high-quality tourism industry with 13 secondary indicators and 28 tertiary indicators has been constructed.Develop an evaluation index system.Taking 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research objects,based on the relevant provincial data from 2009 to 2018,using entropy method,standard deviation,coefficient of variation,global spatial auto correlation,cold and hot spots analysis,the model of GTWR,etc.The research method explored the temporal and spatial patterns and influencing factors of the high-quality development of tourism in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.On this basis,this article attempts to put forward policy recommendations to promote the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The main conclusions obtained from this study are as follows:(1)From 2009 to 2018,the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has steadily improved.There is a significant gap in the high-quality development level of tourism in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The high-quality development level of tourism in the lower reaches is significantly higher than that in the middle and upper reaches.The absolute difference in the high-quality development level of tourism in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing fluctuations.The relative difference in the high-quality development level of tourism in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a trend of shrinking fluctuations.(2)From 2009 to 2018,the high-quality development level of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has an obvious positive spatial correlation,showing an agglomerated spatial distribution pattern.Among them,from 2009 to 2013,the agglomeration effect of the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed an increasing trend.From 2013 to 2018,the agglomeration effect of the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed the characteristics of weakening fluctuations.Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui in the Yangtze River Delta are the hot spots and sub-hot spots for the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the most active areas for high-quality tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River are the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The cold spot and sub-cold spot agglomeration area for high-quality development of tourism,but the high-quality development level of tourism in this area has a rapid growth rate and great development potential.(3)Factors such as the level of economic development,the endowment of tourism resources,the level of tourism services,the conditions of transportation,the level of opening to the outside world,the industrial structure,and the level of technological development have had an impact on the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.The above influencing factors show strong temporal and spatial heterogeneity.Factors such as the level of economic development,the endowment of tourism resources,the conditions of transportation,the level of technological development,the level of tourism services,and the industrial structure have a positive effect on the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.The level of opening to the outside world has a negative impact on the high-quality development of the tourism industry.Finally,this article proposes to fully implement the new development concept,clarify the goal system for the high-quality development of the tourism industry;strengthen regional tourism cooperation,balance regional differences;strengthen technological empowerment and innovation drive,enhance development momentum;deepen the supply-side structural reform of the tourism industry,Create tourism boutiques;deepen opening to the outside world and improve the quality of tourism development in order to help promote the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
