In recent years,Internet is developing rapidly,alongside with the booming of sharing economy and requirements of authentic tourism experience.For reasons above,tourism accommodation industry has become an important area of sharing economy.As an important product of accommodation sharing,more and more tourists choose sharing accommodation.Such personalized tourists have attracted the attention of scholars,and their accommodation experience has increasingly become a hot topic in tourism research.As an important dimension of tourists’ accommodation experience,"home feeling" is different from non-sharing accommodation,giving tourists more personalized and non-standardized experience.It is also different from other dimensions of sharing accommodation experience,carrying the emotion and relationship between tourist and tourist destinations,which has great significance for understanding the relationship between human-environment interaction and the development trend of the accommodation industry.This article takes Chinese and foreign tourists traveling to Hong Kong as the research object,and its accommodation experience reviews as the research content,conducts a descriptive analysis on the spatial distribution of Hong Kong sharing accommodation and the characteristics of tourists’ accommodation choices.Meanwhile,this study uses content analysis to purpose elements and dimensions of tourist accommodation experience,and compare the differences.Based on the relevant theories of "home",grounded theory is used to construct a "home feeling" experience perception model for Chinese and foreign tourists.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Sharing accommodation in Hong Kong is mainly distributed in popular tourist areas such as Yau Tsim Mong District,Central and Western District,Wan Chai District and Kowloon City District,the same as occupancy density characteristics,and the regional distribution is uneven.Due to differences in travel distance and cultural background,Chinese and foreign tourists have different views on consumption during the travel process,which is reflected in the differences of sharing accommodation prices and property attributes.(2)In terms of accommodation experience elements,all tourists focus on the internal and external facilities of sharing accommodation,and summarize their overall perception of accommodation experience.The difference is due to different cultural backgrounds and tourist motivations.Chinese tourists pay more attention to the internal facilities of the listing,the overall price-performance and the distance to shopping supporting facilities,while foreign tourists pay more attention to the overall space,pattern division and the distance to food and restaurant.In terms of the accommodation experience dimension,both Chinese and foreign tourists pay attention to the multiple interactions,location internal facilities and the home feeling.Due to cultural differences,foreign tourists pay more attention to the city view when they check in.Compared to Chinese tourists,due to distance and cost,foreign tourists,especially western tourists,are less likely to return to Hong Kong,while both Chinese tourists ’willingness to recommend and repurchase relatively strong.(3)For Chinese and foreign tourists,the "home" of sharing accommodation has three meanings,namely the regional extension of "home",the atmosphere of "home" and the local "home".For Chinese tourists,this home has a connotation of "national identity".These meanings produce a "home feeling" to Chinese and foreign tourists,establish the emotional connections,and their human-environment interaction has been reshaped.Compared with non-sharing accommodations such as hotels,sharing accommodations produce a new dimension of " home feeling",which has new performances in the interaction between host and guest,the shaping of emotional space,the perception of authenticity and attitude loyalty.This research can give some practical advices to the accommodation industry in the context of the sharing economy.Through the new model of sharing accommodation,the accommodation industry has developed a new trend,the emphasis and construction of the "home feeling",so online short-term rental platforms,hosts and hotel practitioners need to formulate corresponding development policies based on tourists’ cultural background and changes in experience needs.
