Study On The Industrial Development Of Heshui Pueraria In Gaoming District Of Foshan

In the new era,people pursue higher and higher quality of life and pay more attention to health and health preservation.Pueraria lobata belongs to the green food with both medicine and food.Because of its high nutritional composition,medical and health care function and large space for development and utilization,Pueraria lobata products are more and more favored by the market.As the main production area and important consumption area of Pueraria lobata in China,different varieties of Pueraria lobata are planted all over Guangdong Province.Among them,Heshui fange is a characteristic crop in Gaoming District,Foshan City,Guangdong Province.It is the first Chinese national geographic indication product in Foshan City.Studies have shown that compared with other types of Pueraria lobata,Heshui Pueraria lobata ranks among the top three in terms of nutritional components.It is indeed a good product of Pueraria lobata.It has high economic value and is deeply welcomed by consumers,and even exported abroad.As there is no systematic research on the development of Heshui fenge industry in Gaoming District,Foshan City,this paper studies Heshui fenge industry as a relatively independent industry.Using the methods of literature collection,interview and investigation,combined with the theory of agricultural industrialization,this paper combs the current situation and advantages of Heshui Pueraria industry in Gaoming District,Foshan City,and analyzes that there are restrictions on large-scale planting and declining planting benefits in the development of Heshui Pueraria industry in Gaoming District,Foshan City;Financial investment is insufficient,and the effect of supporting agriculture is not obvious;The industrial chain is too short and the market competitiveness is not strong;Imperfect service system and low industrial integration.In view of the existing problems,using relevant theories and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience,this paper puts forward some development countermeasures,such as enhancing basic strength and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading;Increase government support and strengthen supervision and management;Extend the industrial chain of Pueraria lobata in Heshui and expand and strengthen characteristic industries;Accelerate the improvement of modern service construction,promote industrial integration and promote development.It is hoped that through the above development countermeasures,we can effectively integrate the resources and advantages of all parties in Gaoming District of Foshan City,adhere to the direction of high-quality development,vigorously develop Heshui fenge industry,constantly enhance product confidence,Polish Heshui fenge’s national brand,take the wind of Rural Revitalization Strategy,further increase farmers’ income and promote rural economic development,and finally realize the revitalization of Heshui fenge industry in Gaoming District of Foshan City.
