Research On The Influence Of Scientific And Technological Innovation Input On Economic Growth In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

In China,the long-term source of power for the growth of regional economic aggregates in minority areas is mostly passive economic growth models such as government preferential policies and transfer payments.However,under the background of continuous supply-side structural changes,the trend of technological innovation becoming a new economic power engine is highlighted.Therefore,focusing on ethnic minority areas and in-depth analysis of the relevant topics of the impact of the level of investment in scientific and technological innovation on the growth of the local regional economic aggregate has certain research significance: on the one hand,it can be beneficial to supplement the corresponding theoretical research system,and also It can help subsequent scholars to broaden the research horizon of promoting the effective and rational allocation of social resources and the orderly and autonomous circulation of new economic elements;On the other hand,it can more effectively promote the high-quality economic and social development of ethnic minority areas,give better play to the resource factor endowment advantages of ethnic minority areas and promote their economic integration with surrounding areas,so as to accelerate the transformation of old and new economic drivers in ethnic minority areas and help the coordinated development of regional economy in ethnic minority areas.This paper investigates the influence mechanism of scientific and technological innovation input on regional economic growth in Inner Mongolia autonomous Region.First of all,based on the existing domestic and foreign research results and basic theories on the mechanism of the impact of scientific and technological innovation input on regional economic growth,the relevant theoretical connotation of this paper is clarified and the overall path logic of the impact of scientific and technological innovation input on economic growth is elaborated,and then the nonlinear relationship between the two is focused.Later,on the basis of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region during 2005-2020 Ge Meng innovation of science and technology input and economic growth data to carry on the qualitative analysis,from the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and the national level,and the Inner Mongolia autonomous region jurisdiction Ge Meng contrast between layers,excavate the Inner Mongolia autonomous region Ge Meng difference and reason of the science and technology innovation investment level.Moreover,by constructing the panel fixed effect model and panel threshold effect model of the impact of scientific and technological innovation input on economic growth,the research topic is expanded from the traditional linear framework to the nonlinear framework,and the impact of scientific and technological innovation input on economic growth is verified from the empirical perspective.Finally,the following main results are obtained:First,under certain conditions,the input of scientific and technological innovation in Inner Mongolia Has a positive incentive effect on the local economic growth,that is,the input level of scientific and technological innovation in Inner Mongolia and the quality level of economic growth are constantly improving,and the two are positively correlated.Second,although the growth rate of scientific and technological innovation input is faster than that of economic development,when the level of scientific and technological innovation input does not match the actual local economic development,the support ability to economic growth level is slightly insufficient.Thirdly,the influence of s&T innovation input on economic growth is nonlinear,that is,there is a significant single threshold effect.At different levels of the development of economy-related threshold variables,they will have structural changes.Therefore,according to the results of the study,and starting from the actual situation of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region development and guidelines in line with local conditions,this paper aimed at the limitations of its own economy puts forward concrete countermeasures and Suggestions to local government can undertake corresponding technology innovation investment guidance,give full play to the science and technology innovation investment and other influence factors of coordination incentive effect on economic growth.
