| Floor manufacturing belongs to classical traditional manufacturing industry.With the reduction of labor force and the change of ideas of new generation integrate into society.Intelligent transformation has become a necessary trend.In the past few years,the flooring industry has experienced explosive growth,with an average growth rate of more than 10%.In order to strengthen its competition of enterprises in the market,floor manufacturing enterprises began to refine their own industry status,including the establishment of research and development system,intelligent strategic transformation.China manufacturing 2025 provides concreted policy support and guidance for the intelligent transformation of enterprises.In order to further meet the needs of customers and strengthen the competitiveness of its own,CF flooring manufacturing company analyzed its business conditions and sorted out the key measures and relevant implementation plans for the future intelligent strategic transformation according to the pain points of key customers and end users.First,the basic concept of intelligent transformation:Intelligent transformation is a systematic and complex project coordinated by various departments,which requires cross departmental cooperation and communication,including production,procurement,business,R&D,planning and warehouse.This thesis constructs a systematic overall project team to coordinate and implement the tasks in the process of intelligent transformation of various departments.Second,relevant strategic measures:Through PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model,this thesis locates the general environment of CF flooring manufacturing company and seeking the product pain points,optimizing product strategy via Boston matrix,then obtain the strategic strategy of the company’s intelligent transformation.Meanwhile,the intelligent transformation strategy in combination with the five prospective-three aspects method.Third,the implementation plan of intelligent strategic project:Through the intelligent transformation project management to explain how to work breakdown structure,implementing and risk control of an intelligent transformation project.Fourth,talent security system:Talent is the core of all production activities of enterprises,and the implementation of major strategies needs corresponding talent support.This thesis combs out a complete talent management system chain through four aspects:organizational guarantee,talent guarantee,key-triangle-team establishment and cultural atmosphere,so as to provide supportiveness for intelligent transformation.Through the implementation of the above scheme,we hope to build CF flooring manufacturing company into a modern intelligent factory with high efficiency,lower cost and greatly improved product quality.At the same time,we also hope to provide some reference for the whole flooring manufacturing industry on intelligent transformation.Through the research of relevant domestic and abroad literature,this thesis discusses the methods and basic ideas of intelligent transformation on details from four aspects:the basic idea of intelligent transformation,relevant strategic measures,the implementation scheme of intelligent strategic project and talent guarantee system. |
