Research On The Development Approach Of Yanbian Korean Folk Tourism Cooperative Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

To implement the rural revitalization strategy,we need to combine the unique resource advantages of each region,vigorously explore various values and functions such as organic self-restraint,tourism and cultural experience,promote the integration of rural tourism resources,and strengthen the supply of green and ecological products and services in rural areas.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism serves rural revitalization,and rural tourism cooperative is an important way to achieve rural revitalization.Rural tourism professional cooperative is a product derived emerging rural tourism mode,farmers in accordance with the principles of voluntariness,equality,mutual benefit and to set up and implement democratic management of mutual economic organization,the mining ecological tourism resources,improve the tourism service supply,enhance the level of the rural tourism development and promote local economic development.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,this study took the Chinese-Korean folk tourism cooperative in A village of Yanbian Prefecture as A case study.On the basis of in-depth analysis of actor network theory and collaborative governance theory,literature research method and interview method are used to focus on the development process of folk tourism cooperative and explore its development path.This study describes A village Chinese-Korean folk tourism activities by the actors in the local network of role,interests,and to achieve the tasks given by the respective interests,illustrates the result of the role,different goals of each actor,can lead to the development of folk tourism cooperation in the process are in trouble,influence rural revitalization strategy propulsion.That is,there are relatively weak membership status,lack of internal and external coordination supervision mechanism,tourists are not satisfied with brand construction,brand publicity is not high,social service function is insufficient.This study uses actor network theory and collaborative governance theory to analyze the causes of the above problems,and points out that the above problems are caused by the deviation of the development orientation of folk tourism cooperatives,the insufficient support of local governments,the weak consciousness of cooperative members’ participation and the different goals of interest demands.Based on the research results of other scholars and the practices of other cities in Yanbian,the following suggestions are put forward.Specifically,strengthen folk tourism cooperative construction,improve the cooperative supervision mechanism,increase the influence of folk tourism;Strengthen the promotion role of local government,strengthen tourism support planning,and build characteristic folk brand;Motivate the members to participate in the subject consciousness,clear the scope of internal rights and responsibilities,coordination of interest incentive mechanism;We will expand the social functions of folk tourism cooperatives,coordinate their participation in rural governance,and focus on improving people’s well-being.All these will provide an important reference for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy with rural tourism industry.
