The Study On The Development Of The Korean Village Folk Tourism

In recent years, village folk tourism in ethnic minority areas develops rapidly. Folk tourism has an effect on meeting the growing cultural needs and promoting economic development in ethnic minority areas increasingly. The problems encountered in the developing process have drawn attention of academics as well.The article researches the tourism exploitation of the Korean villages by selecting Hongqi Village in Antu County as a sample, finding the factors influence its development and the long-term countermeasures so as to inherit and protect the Korean folk culture as well as stimulate the development of folk tourism in Hongqi Village.The article investigates the developing process and the current situation of folk tourism industry in Hongqi Village, which is based on the information searching, reduction, analysis and summary of the theories about the status quo of domestic ethnic minority tourism exploitation and the Korean folk tourism exploitation. According to the SWOT analysis, the article gives an overall analysis of several factors the Hongqi Village is facing. The results can be divided into four parts. ①Superiority:the Hongqi Village has advantages of unique location, nationality and folk. Existing influence and mature basement of industries can also be the important factors, as well as the enthusiasm of the villagers. ②Weaknesses:the Hongqi Village has a small population and its erosion is serious. Seasonal tourists make a difference in industry developing. Tourism promotion is not enough in the years causing another problem, too. ③Opportunities:the country and Jilin Province have issued a series of policies, providing new opportunities for the development of tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture. With the rise of the high-speed rail and self-driving travel, the number of the tourists presents an increasing trend. ④Threats:the threats which the Hongqi Village is facing include the culture inheritance, gradual vanish of the transportation advantage and the increasingly competitive industry within the prefecture.The article proposes a series of concrete measures for the government at all levels and relevant departments to reference after a comprehensive analysis of the superiority, weaknesses, opportunities and threats the Hongqi Village is facing. Here are the concrete measures: ①Protect and inherit the Korean national culture, especially the national language and the intangible cultural heritage.②Plan and develop the Hongqi Village folk tourism rationally. The main folk scenic and regional industrial bases should be re-planned and developed. ③Pay adequate attention to the promotion and management of the Hongqi Village tourism. Hold cultural festivals, participating in tourism to promote and increase the use of new media propaganda. On the other hand, we should also strengthen supervision of market, encourage the introduction of management talent to create high-level developing environment. ④Integrate the Yanbian tourism economic zone to achieve regional linkage. The Hongqi Village should take the initiative to all the major scenic spots in Yanbian Prefecture to build high-quality travel lines jointly. At the same time, we should strive to achieve the linkage between the scenic tickets and "Yanbian tourism annual card".
