Research On The Improvement Of Sustainable Development Capability Of CB Logistics Company

The modern logistics industry is one of the industries that plays a fundamental and strategic role in economic development.With its unique location,Yunnan Province has gradually become an important logistics hub connecting inland with South Asia and Southeast Asia.CB Logistics Co.,Ltd.is affiliated to CB Group,a large state-owned cultural enterprise in Yunnan.As an important business component of CB Group,logistics business plays a supporting role in supply chain reform and efficiency reform of other industries within the group.How to gain opportunities for development in the complex market environment and industry competition through sustainable capacity building and improvement is crucial not only to CB Logistics Company itself,but also to the high-quality leapfrog development of the entire CB Group’s entire industry chain in the new era.This research takes the sustainable development theory,enterprise capability theory,sustainable development capability evaluation and other theories and related research results as the academic research basis,and conducts research on the improvement of the sustainable development capability of CB Logistics Company.Drawing on the research ideas and research methods of relevant scholars at home and abroad,relying on the basis of working in CB Logistics Company and the work experience of CB Logistics Company business related parties,applying the method of combining quantitative and qualitative research,in the interview and investigation of relevant experts,Based on the analysis of the data of CB Logistics Company,the evaluation index system and model of CB Logistics Company’s sustainable development ability are constructed.Finally,according to the comprehensive research conclusions,some suggestions for improving the sustainable development ability of CB Logistics Company are provided.This paper evaluates the sustainable development ability of CB Logistics Company and combines the actual situation of the enterprise to study the improvement of sustainable development ability,which can effectively improve the sustainable development ability of CB Logistics Company,and can also be used for other similar enterprises.
