Evaluation Of The Development Level Of Leisure Agriculture In Nanjing And Countermeasures Research

In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s economy,the living standards of urban and rural residents have been greatly improved,and people’s material conditions have been greatly satisfied.At the same time,facing the ever-increasing pressure of life,the satisfaction of spiritual needs has also changed.As it becomes more and more important,people gradually tend to return to rural life to experience the leisurely life in the countryside and relax the pressure of body and mind.In this context,leisure agriculture emerges as the times require as a new type of agricultural business that integrates production,processing,experience and sightseeing.Nanjing has the advantages of resource endowment and broad prospects for the development of agricultural tourism resources.In recent years,Nanjing has determined to take urban modern agriculture as its agricultural development orientation and take leisure agriculture as the core component of urban modern agriculture.As a result,its leisure agriculture has shown rapid expansion and development.It has played a good exemplary role in the development of leisure agriculture across the country.Therefore,this paper takes Nanjing as an example to study the development of leisure agriculture.On the one hand,it makes a useful exploration of the development forms of traditional agriculture and tourism,and on the other hand,it also provides experience and reference for the innovative development of leisure agriculture in other regions.In view of this,on the basis of consulting relevant literature and materials,this study sorts out the relevant policies of leisure agriculture issued by Nanjing,the research site,and analyzes the current development status of leisure agriculture in Nanjing through field research and case analysis.On this basis,an evaluation index system consisting of five criteria-level indicators of market resources,ecological environment,infrastructure,operation management and functional benefits and 30 specific indicators is constructed,the weight of each indicator is determined by the entropy method,and the comprehensive index method The overall comprehensive score of Nanjing’s leisure agriculture and the scores of indicators at all levels in the past five years were calculated,and the score results were analyzed and compared from the classification and overall levels,and finally the development level of leisure agriculture in Nanjing was evaluated.The study found that the average annual growth rate of the evaluation score of leisure agriculture in Nanjing in the past five years was: functional benefit>operation management>ecological environment>market resources>infrastructure.Comparing the sub-scores of the indicators at each standard level,it can be seen that by the end of 2020,functional benefits(0.201)> operation and management(0.180)>ecological environment(0.168)> market resources(0.138)> infrastructure(0.102),indicating that Nanjing The city’s leisure agriculture is more prominent in the play of functional benefits.On the whole,the development of leisure agriculture in Nanjing from 2016 to 2020 was at a relatively high level of development.The comprehensive score was 2020(0.789)> 2019(0.635)> 2018(0.494)> 2017(0.274)> 2016 Year(0.142),this calculation result is consistent with the development effect of leisure agriculture in Nanjing in recent years,indicating that leisure agriculture in Nanjing has always maintained a good upward development trend in the past five years.During the investigation,it was found that there are still some problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Nanjing,mainly reflected in the insufficient extension of the industrial chain,the lack of product connotation,insufficient publicity,irregular management and lack of professional talents,etc.Orderly extension,enriching the industrial connotation,enhancing the brand effect of agricultural products,strengthening standardized management,strengthening personnel training and other countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide useful insights for the development of leisure agriculture in Nanjing and other provinces and cities.
