With the gradual improvement of the market economic mechanism in our country and the acceleration of integration with the world economic mechanism,enterprises and institutions are facing an increasingly fierce competitive environment.The development and utilization of human resources play an increasingly important role in building the core competitiveness of enterprises and institutions.As an important module in human resource management,performance management helps enterprises and public institutions to realize the transformation and decomposition of their strategic objectives.It is the most effective tool for the strategic management of enterprises and institutions.Commercial banks,as public service agencies,have a relatively late introduction of performance management due to their historical and cultural background.As the state continues to push forward the reform of commercial banks,commercial banks play an increasingly prominent role in social development.However,the treatment of commercial bank employees in general,to a certain extent,led to reduced employee motivation,lack of responsibility,job slack phenomenon,to a large extent reduce the staff's work efficiency.Therefore,building an effective incentive mechanism for commercial bank employees is currently an important issue to be resolved.In view of this,taking Heilongjiang S Commercial Bank as the research object,this paper analyzes the status quo and the path design of its performance appraisal mechanism,which is of practical significance to enhance the subjective initiative of the current commercial bank staff and to ensure a good level of financial services.Industry guidance value.Taking Heilongjiang S Commercial Bank as an example,taking the staff as the research object,this paper analyzes the problem and the solution of the problem along with the status quo as the starting point.Taking the incentive theory,the target management theory and the project management theory as the theoretical basis,At the same time,this paper analyzes the current situation of the basic performance appraisal of the bank,finds out the multiple problems existing in the performance appraisal,and explores the reasons,take to improve organizational efficiency and human resource management as the target,in combination with KPI.This paper conducting performance appraisal in the form of projects,set up corresponding project management organizations,and design the project implementation plan of S commercial bank performance appraisal.So as to achieve a good expected effect and to achieve the construction goals.
