Facing the white hot competition trend,how to open up new "blue ocean" business areas and build a new growth pole and competitiveness has become the focus of future development for traditional commercial banks.S branch of China Construction Bank complies with the national housing system reform of "simultaneous rent and purchase",actively explores the financial blue ocean of "housing lease",builds a comprehensive service platform for housing lease,innovates and promotes "Jianrong home" series of housing lease products,and strives to provide integrated financial service support for the healthy development of housing lease market.However,due to the exploration and development stage,there are still some problems,such as lack of professional dedicated team,imperfect function of housing rental platform,unclear target market positioning,unreasonable organizational structure and so on,resulting in the failure of housing rental business to effectively break the development dilemma.Taking the s-branch behavior of China Construction Bank as the research object,through the research and judgment on the development of housing rental market at home and abroad,combined with the housing rental platform and system product characteristics of China Construction Bank,this paper uses SWOT model and other theories for scientific analysis,and finds out the pain points restricting the housing rental business of s branch of China Construction Bank through questionnaire survey,field interview and case analysis It is hoped to further improve its business market share and provide innovative ideas for optimizing the development countermeasures of the housing rental market by strengthening team building,optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening the construction of marketing channels,expanding the market scale,building a housing rental financial ecosystem and strengthening internal control risk control.At the same time,the study can provide reference and reference for other commercial banks to expand their housing leasing business,and provide guidance and help for the transformation and development of commercial banks.
