| Farmers generally have heterogeneity in agricultural production,and farmers’ professional cooperatives are the main part of the new type of agricultural business.General Secretary Xi pointed out that farmers’ professional cooperatives are the main form of social organization to promote China’s rural economy,increase farmers’ income and build modern agriculture.,should sum up experience and promote its development and growth.Zhejiang Province has successively introduced various policies,and the number of cooperatives has continued to increase and the scale has continued to expand.At present,Lanxi farmers’ professional cooperatives are in a critical period of transformation from extensive and rapid growth to high quality and efficiency.However,in the process of development,there are still problems such as "empty shell" of cooperatives,low level of awareness,small development scale,and failure to standardize operation,resulting in the failure of cooperatives to play their true role,and farmers’ willingness to participate in cooperatives is significantly lower than the provincial average level.Considering the condition that farmers should be located in the same geographical environment,this paper determines the research area as Lanxi City,Zhejiang Province.Taking farmers’ willingness to participate in cooperatives in Lanxi City as the main issue,the research is conducted according to the heterogeneity of farmers’ resource endowments and participation motivation.Descriptive statistical analysis.At the same time,one-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the significance of the research data,and a binary logistic model was introduced to carry out regression analysis on the relevant variables affecting the participation willingness of farmers’ cooperatives in Lanxi City.To solve the problem that farmers in Lanxi City are not willing to participate in farmers’ professional cooperatives,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Overall participation of farmers in cooperatives: The overall participation level of professional farmers’ cooperatives in Lanxi City is on the rise,but the cooperatives have not been able to play their true role due to problems such as the " shell" of cooperatives,the degree of awareness,the partial scale of development,and the standardization of operation.In 2020,about 30% of the city’s farmers directly participate in cooperatives,which is less attractive to farmers.However,among the sample farmers,60% of farmers expressed their willingness to participate in cooperatives,and the status of participation and willingness to participate are obviously inconsistent.(2)Heterogeneity of sample farmers: there are differences in various variables in human resources,there are more women than men,and the proportion of the elderly is too high.At the same time,farmers generally know little about cooperatives;There are differences between the two countries,and the differences between garden(forest)land resources and aquaculture water resources are even greater;the differences between the various elements of social capital are different;there is a significant gap between the non-agricultural income and agricultural income of farmers in capital capital,and farmers are more concerned about cooperatives.The preferences of lead subjects and perceptions of transaction costs are generally concentrated.(3)According to empirical analysis,it can be concluded that: age,education level,understanding of cooperatives,garden(forest)area,participation of surrounding people,agricultural income,preference for the leader,recognition of whether transaction costs can be reduced,etc.Variables have a positive impact on farmers’ willingness;variables such as farmers’ modern communication usage,non-agricultural income and other variables have a negative correlation with farmers’ willingness.The effect of other variables on farmers’ willingness is not obvious,and there is no correlation. |
