| Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,China and the countries involved in this route have adopted a new oil and gas,further deepening the depth of relevant cooperation and improving the relevant cooperation mechanism.Affected by the current situation of economic development at home and abroad,the oil industry is facing increasing development pressure,and with the further deepening of supply-side reform,the structural contradictions in the oil and gas resources industry have been further highlighted.Although domestic petrochemical enterprises actively promote their own transformation and development according to policy adjustments and strengthen their sustainable development capabilities,there are still many deficiencies in the reform of some petrochemical enterprises.In this macroeconomic background,this paper conducts a comprehensive study of enterprise A from the perspective of financial performance,and in the process of research,combined with the current development situation of petrochemical industry at home and abroad,a reasonable evaluation of the company’s financial performance is made,the reasons for the gap between other companies in the industry are analyzed,and the specific suggestions for improving the company’s financial performance level are given in combination with the domestic and foreign market environment.This paper conducts research based on the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,first systematically interprets the research background of the relevant problems in this paper,clarifies the research purpose and significance,and then discusses the theories related to the research of this paper,lays the foundation for the research of this paper,and on this basis,explains the basic situation of the selected research object A Petrochemical Company,and selects 15 representative indicators for analysis.In the process of research,based on the financial data of A Petrochemical Company between 2016 and 2020 and the data of related companies in the industry,a comparative analysis was carried out on the basis of the analysis of the financial status of Petrochemical Company A,and the financial status of Petrochemical Company A was objectively and accurately presented.After in-depth research,it is found that there is a lack of the current financial performance evaluation system of A Petrochemical Company,and based on this problem,a more complete financial performance evaluation model is constructed,which explains the application of the model in A Petrochemical Company.A questionnaire survey was conducted within Picnic A,and the weight of each selected financial indicator was clarified by the analytic hierarchy method,and the comprehensive score of its performance was calculated based on the relevant evaluation of the personnel of A petrochemical company.After comparing the financial data of PIC A and related companies in the industry,it is found that the financial indicators of PIC A performed well between 2014 and 2017,and suddenly deteriorated in 2018.Finally,the reasons for the decline in the financial performance of Picnic A were analyzed,and the problems existing in internal management,R&D investment,financing and other aspects of PIC Company in the previous year were clarified.Based on the above problems,a number of improvement suggestions such as reducing the cost of raw material procurement,enriching financing methods,and increasing investment in research and development are put forward,which is conducive to the stable development of the company. |
