pension insurance system for employees.Therefore,the research on the fairness of the employee endowment insurance system has far-reaching significance.Reform the mechanism of the pension insurance system that pays more for more benefits,and establishes the legislative orientation of mutual assistance and mutual assistance in the pension insurance system for employees.The mechanism of
