With the double rapid development of China’s economy and the Internet,people’s shopping mode has shifted from offline to online,and more and more e-commerce enterprises want to share in the popularity of Taobao.The state has issued a series of laws and regulations according to the market conditions to regulate the business behaviors of various entities in the e-commerce industry,safeguard the rights and interests of consumers,and promote the continuous innovation of e-commerce business models.The e-commerce industry has made more and more contributions to the national economy,and there are more and more competitors in the industry.If you just want to take a shortcut,copy the successful path of predecessors,then often will be eliminated by the market.Therefore,new industry competitors need to find a unique business model and extract their own characteristics from previous successful experience.Thanks to its unique social business model,Pinduoduo has emerged as a dark horse from mainstream e-commerce platforms and a leader in the industry.It has been successfully listed in the United States and developed rapidly.Pinduoduo has equalized with traditional mainstream e-commerce in a very short time,and the reasons behind it are worth exploring.This article selects a lot of spelling as the research object,USES the case analysis,financial ratio analysis,comparative analysis,literature research,based on the theory of value creating,detailed analysis of consolidation of the value behind the social business model elements and the path of the social business model and implementation,comprehensive evaluation of multiple points of view to spell a lot of enterprise performance under the social business model,From the perspective of financial statement,combined with the "fourth statement" perspective,evaluate the financial indicators and business data of Pinduoduo.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Pinduoduo’s business model from the perspective of value co-creation,draws research conclusions,and puts forward suggestions for the sustainable development of social e-commerce.From the special to the general,it provides innovative suggestions for other enterprises in the social e-commerce industry.The innovation of this paper can be summarized as the following two points:first,the innovation of research Angle.From the perspective of service ecological logic,which is the mainstream research direction after value co-creation theory,this paper analyzes the components of pinduoduo ’s value co-creation business model under the social business model with "low-price group" as the core.Second,innovation of research methods.When evaluating pinduoduo’s corporate performance,this paper is not limited to the traditional financial performance indicators.In view of the characteristics of "asset-light and user-heavy" social e-commerce platform,the "fourth statement" analysis perspective is selected to comprehensively analyze pinduoduo’s corporate performance from the perspectives of users,channels,products and services.
