With the rapid development of economy,the role of employees in the development of enterprises has become more and more important.Organizational justice,job performance,organizational citizenship behavior,turnover tendency,etc.related to employees have become hot issues of concern to researchers.At present,competition among enterprises has transformed into competition among talents.How to enhance employees’ sense of belonging to the organization,increase employees’ enthusiasm for work,and reduce employees’ turnover tendency have become urgent problems for managers.There are many factors that affect employee behavior,involving employees’ personal characteristics,internal and external factors of the organization,and the work itself.Organizational justice is one of the important factors that affect employee behavior.This research mainly studies employee behavior,including employee behavior in three aspects: employee performance,organizational citizenship behavior,and turnover intention.Organizational identity is used as an intermediary variable to explore the impact of organizational justice on job performance,organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention.Through the literature research method,the literature on organizational justice,organizational identity,job performance,organizational citizenship behavior,and turnover intention was systematically sorted out to lay a theoretical foundation for the model construction in the following section.Then,a total of 329 valid sample data were collected through the questionnaire survey method,using software SPSS21.0 and AMOS24.0 to perform descriptive statistical analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and other statistical analysis on the collected data,and stepwise regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis.The main conclusions include:(1)Organizational justice has a significant positive impact on job performance,and organizational identity plays a part of the intermediary role between them.(2)Organizational justice has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior,and organizational identity plays a part of the intermediary role between them.(3)Organizational justice negatively affects turnover intention,and organizational identity plays a part of the intermediary role between them.(4)The sense of organizational justice has a greater impact on turnover intention,while its impact on job performance is relatively small.According to the results of this article,starting from the two aspects of creating a good organizational fair culture atmosphere and enhancing organizational identity,it puts forward management suggestions for improving employees’ work performance,increasing employees’ organizational citizenship behavior,and reducing employees’ turnover tendency.
