China And Kyrgyzstan Under The Background Of "One Belt,One Road" Research On Influencing Factors And Safeguarding Countermeasures Of Economic And Trade Cooperation

China’s proposal to build the "Belt and Road" initiative is an important opportunity for China and the countries along the "Belt and Road" to achieve win-win cooperation.The main task of the "Belt and Road" initiative is to coordinate and connect the political activities of various countries.The initiative emphasizes a diverse and open cooperation process,does not require consistent policies among countries,and allows a high degree of mobility and flexibility.China and countries along the “Belt and Road” jointly promote the results of demonstration projects,announce some confirmed projects with bilateral and multilateral interests,and actively seek projects with a general possibility of success.Kyrgyzstan is a landlocked country located in the west of China and is geographically close to Xinjiang.China and Kyrgyzstan have maintained a good geographical relationship for a long time.So far,Kyrgyzstan and China have conducted in-depth exchanges and exchanges in various fields.In the field of education,a large number of Kyrgyz students come to study in China every year to exchange cultural and development experience between the two countries.Economically,China and Kyrgyzstan have maintained long-term trade relations.In recent centuries,Sino-Kyrgyzstan economic and trade cooperation has been particularly close in the fields of energy,technology and non-natural resources.Kyrgyzstan and China have in-depth cooperation in the above fields.With the gradual expansion of the scope of economic and trade cooperation and the increasing frequency of trade cooperation between the two countries,China has gradually become a key trading partner of Kyrgyzstan,and Kyrgyzstan is also an important partner of China in Central Asian countries.After the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward,it provided a stronger guarantee for the cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan.In recent years,with the advancement of the modernization process and the rapid development of the level of science and technology,the volume of regional economic cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan has been further enhanced.The initiative has many benefits to Kyrgyzstan.It not only promotes the economy of Kyrgyzstan,but also increases the export of Kyrgyzstan’s products while increasing people’s income.Economic development,deepening the regional economic and trade cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan.In the process of cooperation between the two countries,continuously optimize the economic and trade cooperation model between the two countries,and improve the shortcomings and problems of cooperation,China and Kyrgyzstan will maintain long-term friendly neighborly relations and achieve win-win cooperation.Studying the economic and trade cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan under the background of the "Belt and Road" is not only conducive to the further development of Sino-Kyrgyzstan trade in the future,but also provides new ideas and solutions for the theory and practice of trade development in other countries along the route.This paper mainly analyzes the history and current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan,explores the main problems faced by China and Kyrgyzstan in the development of trade relations after the Belt and Road Initiative is proposed,and uses the gravity model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of economic and trade cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan.Then,according to the qualitative and quantitative analysis above,this paper puts forward the safeguard countermeasures for the efficient trade cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan.
