The Impact Of "One Belt One Road" On Trade Between Mongolia And China

The paper tries to assess the impact of one belt one road initiative on the trade between China and Mongolia using data analysis and interpretation method.Findings suggest that indeed one belt one road initiative is positively impacting on trade between China and Mongolia.For instance,the study reveals that the improvement in road and high-speed rail infrastructure increases the opportunities for China and Mongolia to trade more.Furthermore,the study suggests that Mongolia,due to its strategic position,can benefit largely from this initiative to improve trade performance with china and boost domestic economic growth.The study is of great significance because it fills the literature gap of limited literature which we currently have on the impact of one belt one road initiative.Furthermore,it leads to discovery of new knowledge on one belt one road initiative.The study makes a number of recommendations which include that all countries along the one belt one road initiative must take the golden opportunity to advance this initiative as coined in 2013 by China's President Xi Jinping for the betterment of their citizens and the rest of the World.
