From The Perspective Of High-Quality Development Theory,the Coordinated Development Path Of Sports Tourism In Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District Is Explored

Sports tourism plays an important role in promoting economic development,and the coordinated development of regional sports tourism can bring more extensive and high-quality economic benefits.Since 2005,Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District have implemented various forms of tourism joint development,but they have not achieved a breakthrough in regional cooperation and made substantive progress in cooperation.For Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District,the coordinated development of sports tourism among different regions can not only realize the efficient allocation and utilization of regional resources,but also expand the overall development space of regional sports tourism,enhance the comprehensive strength of regional sports tourism development,and realize win-win symbiosis among each other.The guiding opinions on promoting the high-quality development of the central region in the new era points out that the central region has the advantages of connecting the East and the West and connecting the north and the south in terms of geographical location,rich resources,strong cultural heritage,good industrial foundation and great development potential.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of the central region.Especially since 2021,China has paid more and more attention to the old revolutionary base areas.It is proposed to speed up the exploration of the characteristic tourism industry in the old revolutionary base areas,give full play to the characteristic advantages and promote high-quality development.Therefore,to solve the high-quality development of old revolutionary base areas through the collaborative cooperation of regional sports tourism has become a common problem faced by Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District.This study takes "high-quality development" as the theoretical perspective,"coordinated development" as the theoretical basis,the characteristic culture of Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District as the carrier,and the coordinated development of sports tourism in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District as the starting point.Using the research methods of literature,field investigation and expert interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of the coordinated development of tourism in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District.The results show that: 1.Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District are rich in tourism resources and have a good foundation for cooperation;2.There are bottlenecks in the development of sports tourism in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District;3.The coordinated development of sports tourism in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District lacks substantive promotion.At the same time,referring to the typical cases of the coordinated development of sports tourism in Sichuan and Chongqing,this paper analyzes the practical dilemma of the coordinated development of sports tourism in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District from six aspects: 1.Inadequate targeted policies;2.No effective cooperation platform has been established;3.Infrastructure construction is disorderly and relatively backward;4.Resource development lacks overall planning and integration,and the degree of resource sharing is low;5.Sports tourism products are single and similar,lacking the ability of integration and innovation;6.There are some problems in the sports tourism market,such as vicious competition.Based on the above difficulties,this paper analyzes the necessity,opportunities and breakthrough points of the coordinated development of sports tourism in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District.The key is to realize the coordinated and dislocation development of regional policies,platforms,foundations,resources,products and markets,and puts forward the path of the coordinated development of sports tourism in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Boundary Crossing District: 1.The government jointly refined the collaborative policy and optimized the joint management team;2.Build a regional cooperation platform and establish a regional industrial alliance;3.Jointly raise funds,negotiate and build a transportation network and increase the total amount of infrastructure;4.Integrate resource advantages,share,coordinate and dislocation development;5.Build a sports tourism brand with regional characteristics,integrate and innovate the development of sports tourism products;6.Establish a long-term sharing and cooperation mechanism and coordinate market supervision.
