| In the process of China’s journey to the second century,complex systems such as major scientific projects play an important role in the country’s scientific and technological development.Therefore,the supply of key parts of complex systems is also very important.However,in the construction,operation and maintenance of complex systems,there are some problems in the supply guarantee of key parts.For example,excessive inspection number will cause waste of inspection cost,and ignoring the quality level of products in ordering will cause redundancy or shortage of spare parts.These problems bring large costs to the construction,operation and maintenance of equipment.In order to realize the normal operation of equipment with reasonable life cycle cost,we establish an economic and effective supply cost model according to the product quality characteristics in this thesis.Aiming at the ordering and reliability acceptance of key parts in complex equipment,we use reliability acceptance theory,inventory theory and stochastic process theory to study the supply cost of key parts of equipment in the thesis.The main innovations are as follows:(1)Based on the existing two-plan quick switching sampling system,aiming at the products whose life obeys Weibull distribution,the sampling scheme design of timecensored test in reliability acceptance is studied.And an improved three-plan switching sampling system is proposed.In order to reduce the inspection cost and ensure the quality level of products,the minimum sampling quantity is taken as the objective function under the condition of controlling the risks of both parties.(2)Based on the traditional economic order quantity model,the influence of product quality level and sampling scheme on ordering activities are considered.And the inspection cost and maintenance replacement cost are added.According to the different requirements,the supply cost model under single and multiple orders are constructed,the impact of product quality level on various costs and total costs are discussed to balance the product quality level and the economy of supply activities in this thesis.The research is helpful to solve the problem of ordering and reliability acceptance in supply activities.We propose an improved adjustable sampling system to reduce the inspection cost,and reasonably control the inventory level by determining the order quantity of spare parts more accurately in this thesis.According to different support requirements,we build a supply support cost model to determine the product quality level and the quantity of spare parts and solve the economic problems in the operation and management of complex systems to provide suggestions for project managers. |
