In the background of China’s economic transformation and upgrading,various types of enterprises face great transformation challenges.In the company’s transition period,a stable internal environment and staff management are the key.As a company in the transformation and upgrading stage,S company changes its work business and environment,and the job satisfaction of front-line employees is an important part of its management.By improving job satisfaction,it can effectively improve the work enthusiasm of front-line employees,promote the improvement of staff performance,and then achieve the purpose of improving the company’s competitiveness.This study takes S company to study the improvement of job satisfaction of front-line employees.Through the analysis of relevant theories,the questionnaire was designed,and then the current situation of job satisfaction of front-line employees of S company was investigated and analyzed.According to the survey results,S company corporate culture lags behind,employee performance appraisal system is not scientific,can not objectively reflect the value of employees,feedback effect is not obvious;at the same time,the company has limited promotion channels,working environment to be improved,imperfect communication mechanism between employees and leaders,insufficient mutual support of colleagues.In order to effectively improve the job satisfaction of frontline employees,the benefits,corporate culture,working environment,promotion and development,leadership management and colleague relationship,optimize the compensation and welfare system,build fair and open corporate culture,encourage employees to participate in corporate culture actively,emphasize the corporate culture education,and build learning enterprise,improve the working environment,and improve the working and living environment of front-line employees construction of sports and entertainment facilities;optimize the promotion and development mechanism,the Company should enrich the front-line work content,provide job rotation opportunities,conduct targeted employee education and training,optimize the employee promotion path;the Company should enhance the leadership and management charm;promote the mutual support of colleagues.
