Research On Financial Strategy Driven By Sanjiang Shopping Profit Model Under The New Retail Environment

In recent years,due to the influence of industry competition,single sales channel and consumption upgrade,traditional physical retail is facing the realistic challenges such as declining competitiveness and store closing.Under this background,a new retail model based on Internet and data-driven,which reconstructs the relationship among people,goods and markets,has come into being.Under the new retail business model,how to set up a profit model according to their own conditions and then match a reasonable financial strategy is conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.In the new retail chain,Tam Giang shopping focuses on its core business by virtue of its geographical advantages,and creates competitive advantages by improving operations,product competition,customer experience and shopping environment.Not only that,through the non-public offering,equity transfer,issuance of exchangeable bonds and other means of cooperation with Alibaba,to explore online and offline business and digital transformation,to jointly create a new Internet era of retail.By sorting out the relevant literature and theoretical basis of business model,profit model and financial strategy,this paper determines the profit model based on the business model,and the profit model drives the theoretical analysis of the financial strategy.Taking Sanjiang Shopping as an example,it specifically studies the profitability of Sanjiang Shopping under the new retail business model.Patterns drive financial strategy.The research found that:(1)The constituent elements of Sanjiang Shopping’s profit model under the new retail business model are as follows: its profit source has changed from community residents to subdivided retail formats according to consumer needs;The food-based transformation is to expand fresh food business items;improve core competitiveness through profit levers such as cost control,construction of fresh food processing and distribution centers,and profit barriers such as optimization of supply chain and digital construction.On this basis,the financial analysis of the components of Sanjiang Shopping’s profit model is carried out,and the specific performance is as follows: Sanjiang Shopping’s short-term solvency has improved,long-term solvency has been significantly enhanced,profitability is in the transitional pain period,the growth rate is low and Poor inventory turnover,etc.(2)The profit-making model of Sanjiang shopping under the new retail business model drives the investment strategy which focuses on specialization,assets and long-term income from three aspects: INVESTMENT SCOPE,investment assets and investment term,the specific performance is as follows: the proportion of fresh food is increased but the income source is still single;the proportion of inventory and fixed assets is reduced but the proportion is still large.Based on the principle of risk matching,the company implements a financing strategy with a low financial risk,which is based on the investment strategy of Tam Giang shopping.Specific performance is: Accounts Payable and received in advance account for a larger proportion of interest-bearing debt ratio is low.(3)Through the construction of Sanjiang Shopping Financial Strategy Matrix Comparative Analysis of Sanjiang Shopping before and after the implementation of new retail transformation.In the early stage of the transformation,Tam Giang shopping in 2012,2013,2014 are in the second quadrant,although the value created for shareholders,but Sanjiang shopping internal fund surplus,sales capacity also need to be improved.Under the new retail business model,Tam Giang shopping 2016 and 2019 are in the third quadrant of the impairment cash surplus,2018 and 2020 are in the fourth quadrant of the impairment cash shortage,it shows that the financial strategy implemented after the transformation of Tam Giang shopping has not resulted in the long-term enhancement of enterprise value.Then,according to the implementation effect of the Tam Giang shopping financial strategy,this paper puts forward specific recommendations for the same industry enterprises to provide feasible recommendations.
