The implementation of the population policy of "two children" and "three children" and the development of art colleges have promoted the strong growth of the education industry.After 2018,various favorable policies issued by the national secondary and higher education examination for art candidates have also promoted the full speed development of art education.Secondly,as more and more parents hope that their children can develop in many aspects,most parents choose art training as a learning project for after-school life,which promotes the growing demand of teenagers and children for art education.LX children’s art training institution has been established f or more than ten years.Several partners of the institution are excellent dance educators with strong teachers,and have a certain brand popularity in Foshan.However,with the development of the education industry,some marketing ideas of institutional pa rtners are still relatively backward,resulting in the gradual reduction of the profit margin and market share of the institution.Taking LX children’s art training institution as the research object,this thesis briefly introduces the basic situation of the institution and studies the current situation of service marketing of the institution.Through the questionnaire survey of parents’ satisfaction,it is comprehensively found that the institution has some problems,such as unclear product advantages,imperfect price system,traditional marketing channels,poor effect of promotion means,unstable personnel and low service awareness,It also puts forward the optimization suggestions of service marketing strategy suitable for LX children’s art training institutions,solves the current marketing problems faced by the institutions,and improves the competitiveness of LX children’s art training institutions in Foshan art training market.
