With the great development and support of vocational education in our country,especially the great shortage of high-skilled talents resources in our country at present,it leads to the strong support of private vocational education in our country,to the local government to train a part of high-skilled personnel,so as to meet a part of the local economic and social construction and development needs.There are more and more private vocational training schools,and the market is getting bigger and bigger.The original management policies and methods can not meet the needs of the existence and growth of private enterprises.Therefore,this article takes the TJY vocational skill training organization as the research object,through the literature material method unifies the questionnaire survey method to carry on the analysis to its marketing present situation,it is found that there are defects in the products,the price strategy is too simple,the promotion effect is good and ideal,the personnel cooperation and the overall quality is insufficient,based on the results of SWOT analysis and 7PS theory analysis of TJY vocational skill training organization,this paper puts forward some optimization measures,such as product price differentiation,optimization of promotion methods,diversification of marketing channels,etc.,to improve the TJY vocational skills training institutions marketing status of reference.
