| The improvement of the level of science and technology and the overall wealth of society has made people more spare time to pay attention to their own health.As an important means to improve health,daily physical exercise has gradually attracted people’s attention and pursuit.With the increase in the number of people in demand,physical exercise has gradually formed a huge market demand.Among them,children’s amateur sports training,as an investment field that parents are keen on,once became the hottest project in this field.Basketball is highly interactive,interesting and less restrictive,and it occupies an important share in the entire sports training market.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,the popularity of basketball training projects continues unabated,but the hardware and software supporting facilities,quality of teaching staff,and teaching experience of various training institutions are uneven.In addition,emerging training projects lack market supervision and the current management system is not perfect.And the different training standards for teaching staff have caused chaos in the entire basketball teaching field,and the vital interests of students cannot be guaranteed.In view of this,this article is dedicated to the study of the coaching syllabus of Zhejiang Children’s Basketball Social Training Institutions,and hopes that the basketball training industry will have standards to follow,so as to standardize the chaos in the industry.The research methods used in this article include questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,literature data method,logical analysis method and mathematical statistics method.It conducts in-depth theoretical research on the training of children’s amateur basketball coaches.Children’s amateur basketball social training organization coaches level qualification certification standards,design the children’s amateur basketball social training organization coaches training objectives,training content and format,training hours,and put forward guiding opinions.Provide reference and basis for the Zhejiang Basketball Association to standardize the coaches of social training institutions,and have a certain contribution to enriching the training theory of basketball coaches in my country.CONCLUSIONS:1.The theoretical basis for the formulation of the training program for coaches in children’s basketball social training institutions should refer to: vocational skill development and training theory,education and teaching theory and coach ability theory model;The principles of developing the training outline for coaches in children’s basketball social training institutions should follow: scientific,comprehensive and the principle of linking theory with practice(module content);Systematicness,reasonableness and progressive principle(grading);Diversity,flexibility principle(training form);Seeking truth from facts and development principle(assessment).2.The development of the training program for coaches in children’s basketball social training institutions should include: training content module setting,training grade setting,training target specification setting,training form and proportion of training hours,and grade certification system(assessment standard). |
