Research On Import Logistics Risk Identification And Evaluation Of X Cross-border E-commerce Company

In recent years,China’s cross-border e-commerce market has maintained a rapid growth,and the country has continuously issued supportive policies to further accelerate the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry,and the cross-border ecommerce logistics related to it has also attracted people’s attention.At present,logistics has become one of the factors restricting the development of cross-border e-commerce.Risk identification and assessment can effectively prevent and reduce the risks in the logistics operation of cross-border e-commerce companies,and improve the overall efficiency of cross-border e-commerce logistics.At the present stage,most of the researches on cross-border e-commerce logistics are about development and models.Many scholars tend to study the risks of a node of cross-border e-commerce logistics,and there are few researches on logistics risks from the perspective of cross-border e-commerce platforms.This paper will start from the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,build a risk evaluation index system,and carry out risk identification and evaluation research combined with the actual situation of cross-border e-commerce companies.This paper first describes the research background and significance,defines the related concepts of cross-border e-commerce logistics,and then summarizes the research status at home and abroad,providing theoretical basis for the identification and evaluation of import logistics risks of cross-border e-commerce companies.Secondly,this paper introduces the status quo and problems of X company’s import logistics business.According to the import logistics business process of cross-border ecommerce companies,From the period of risk(cross-border supply,cross-border cooperation,overseas warehousing logistics,cross-border transportation and distribution),domestic risk(customs clearance,the reverse logistics),the company’s internal risk(platform,strategy,information)and external risk(legal policy,natural disasters,epidemic,international currency)four units Second,according to the relevant research results of existing scholars,combined with the import logistics business problems and data of X Company,carry out risk identification of import logistics of cross-border e-commerce companies,and obtain preliminary risk indicators;Through the expert survey of cross-border e-commerce industry practitioners,the final risk indicators are screened,and the reliability analysis of the indicators is carried out through reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Finally,the import logistics indicator system of cross-border e-commerce companies with 7 first-level indicators and 28second-level indicators is determined.Then this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to assign the weight of each index to the import logistics risk weight of cross-border e-commerce companies based on expert scoring method.The AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the import logistics risk of X Company,and then the prevention measures of import logistics risk of X company are put forward.Finally,the concrete scheme of risk management effect evaluation is given to measure the effectiveness of risk identification and preventive measures.The research results show that X company has a high level of import logistics risk,and the risk index score from high to low are transportation and distribution risk,packaging and warehousing risk,customs clearance risk,environmental risk and platform risk.Therefore,in the import logistics business,X Company should improve the import transportation capacity,rationally configure transportation routes,strengthen the construction of overseas warehouses and the level of information technology,strictly control the quality of overseas goods,formulate merchant assessment standards,upgrade the logistics information system and establish logistics risk warning.
