| With the acceleration of globalization and the arrival of the VUCA,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce and unpredictable market environment and competition.The frequent occurrence of "black Swan" and other adverse events has brought unpredictable and serious threats to the sustainable development of countries,organizations and individuals.The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020 has also hit many companies harder than ever.The market environment is full of all kinds of uncertainty and subversion,causing great pressure and risk to enterprises.Enterprise insight into the external environment,predict unexpected events,timely prevention and resist risks and other crisis management capabilities become particularly important.Scholars and entrepreneurs have been thinking about how organizations can stand firm and move forward continuously in the face of the rapidly changing external environment,survive after the crisis and gain the ability of sustainable growth.As a topic highly related to enterprise crisis management,resilience has also received extensive attention.Some scholars believe that team is one of the best ways to effectively deal with changing environment.Team resilience is the ability of a team to recover and sustain in the face of adverse conditions.While research on team resilience has emerged,little is known about the "resilience" that allows teams to survive adversity or setbacks.More and more scholars have emphasized and called for the exploration of the antecedents of team resilience,and established a multi-level and dynamic research framework for team resilience by drawing on multi-layer theories and integrating the viewpoints or empirical evidence of different research directions on related topics.Based on Sense-Making Theory,this thesis explains the relationship between leadership resilience and team resilience through team sensemaking,to enrich the theoretical framework of existing research.The existing literature and research are sorted out and summarized to pave the way for this thesis to build a theoretical model and put forward research hypotheses.In order to reduce the impact of common method deviation on the results of data analysis,a mature scale of relevant variables was collected and sorted out,and the work team of the online Marketing Department of a large enterprise was taken as the research object to collect the data of required variables in different stages through pre-survey and questionnaire revision.After eliminating invalid questionnaires,empirical analysis was conducted by selecting appropriate data analysis methods to test the theoretical model and research hypothesis of this thesis.By the questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,the research conclusions of this thesis are as follows :(1)the relationship between team leader resilience and team resilience is significantly positively correlated;(2)Shared Mental Models,Information Sharing and Team Member Adaptivity and Proactivity plays a mediating role between leader resilience and team resilience;(3)perceived fairness of team members plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between leader’s resilience and team resilience.Based on the results and conclusions of the empirical analysis,this thesis further reveals the of leader’s resilience on team resilience through team meaning construction as an intermediary mechanism,which enricifies the existing theoretical framework.Research on the influencing factors and mechanisms of team resilience can help improve team flexibility and resilience in adversity,which has certain practical significance.Finally,the thesis summarizes the shortcomings of this study and puts forward an outlook for future research on team resilience. |
