On February 21,2021,the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating agricultural and Rural Modernization",namely the No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee,pointed out that the party should strengthen the construction of rural grassroots organizations and rural governance,give full play to the leading role of rural grassroots Party organizations,and continue to focus on party building to promote rural revitalization.At the same time,it pointed out that after the poverty alleviation targets and tasks are
