With the development of mobile Internet and the increase of online operating costs,E-commerce no longer has a prominent competitive advantage. The model of business separating online and offline has been replaced by the “new retailing”.The “New retailing” is regarded as the fourth retail revolution, which called omni-channel retailing academically.Consumption habits is changing: people would like to use multiple ways including offline and online in consumption behavior, which leads to a trend of channels integration between online and offline. The development of mobile and logistics technology has accelerated the trend, and the outbreak of the epidemic has also pushed it.The evolution in retail field has also been supported by state’s policy. From the introduction of the “Internet scheme” to the “14th Five Year Plan”,it is proposed to encourage the new mode of consumption to develop new industries. The change of business leads to the reform of logistics, therefor,“how to adapt the logistics system to the omni-channel retailing” is an issue worthy of study.G-Super is facing such a problem. It has developed rapidly since 2014.Relying on the global business network and the efficient supply chain system of Greenland Group,G-Super has become a well-known retail brand in China, however, with the rapid expansion of online and offline channels, the way for inventory management has fallen behind.Aiming at the topic, this thesis gives a viewpoint of omni-channel inventory management and designs a specific project for G-super chain stores.By giving the logistics scheme and other optimization plans, the writer hopes to provide a practical idea for omni-channel inventory integrated management.
