| With the continuous opening of China’s financial industry market,more and more capital has entered the financial field,which makes the market competition faced by the domestic banking industry more and more intense,especially for policy banks.As an important policy bank in China,the Agricultural Development Bank has uneven management system and level due to development and historical reasons,and the phenomenon of low morale and dissatisfaction with the current situation of employees in branches at all levels is more serious,which seriously restricts the development of various businesses of the Agricultural Development Bank and is not conducive to the effective role of the Agricultural Development Bank in promoting the agricultural industry.For the Agricultural Development Bank,the construction of employee incentive mechanism is an effective way to improve employees’ work enthusiasm and stimulate morale.Taking Z branch of Agricultural Development Bank as the research object,this thesis studies its employee incentive system.Firstly,through the analysis of the current situation of the employee incentive system of Z branch of Agricultural Development Bank,based on the elaboration of the general situation of human resources,incentive system and system of Z branch of Agricultural Development Bank,combined with the questionnaire survey,this thesis defines the existing problems of the incentive system of Z branch of Agricultural Development Bank,and points out that the main reasons for the problems of Z branch employee incentive system are unreasonable salary structure,imperfect salary and welfare system The promotion system is not standardized,the training management is unscientific,and the working environment needs to be improved.Secondly,it puts forward targeted measures to optimize the employee incentive system of Z branch of Agricultural Development Bank.On the basis of elaborating the objectives and principles of incentive system design,it defines the design framework and system of employee incentive system of Z branch,and thinks that the employee incentive system of Z Branch of Agricultural Development Bank should start from two aspects: material incentive and non-material incentive.The optimization measures of material incentive system include establishing scientific performance management system,optimizing and standardizing salary structure and perfecting employee welfare system.The optimization measures of the non-material incentive system include establishing a fair and standard promotion system,implementing rich career planning and design for employees,perfecting the training and incentive system for employees,strengthening the construction of spiritual incentive system,establishing the guidance system for employees and improving the working environment of employees.Finally,it puts forward the optimized implementation guarantee mechanism of the employee incentive system of Z branch of Agricultural Development Bank,and points out the implementation guarantee mechanism of the employee incentive system of Z branch of Agricultural Development Bank from four aspects: strengthening organization guarantee,strengthening system guarantee,strengthening publicity and training and establishing communication and feedback system.Aiming at the research on the employee incentive system of Z branch of Agricultural Development Bank,this thesis establishes a set of incentive system suitable for agricultural development bank to meet the needs of employees,so as to enable agricultural development bank to retain talents,maintain competitiveness and increase the common interests of Agricultural Development Bank and employees.This has very important practical and practical significance for the long-term development of Agricultural Development Bank and its staff. |
