The real estate industry in China is an important component of the national economy.Given that the current development situation of the real estate industry is not ideal,many real estate enterprises are facing the problem of transformation.In order for enterprises to successfully complete the transformation,human resource management must be valued,and motivation is the source of motivation for employees to work hard.This dissertation takes A Real Estate Company as the research case,and based on theoretical analysis and practical research,studies the optimization strategy of A Real Estate Company’s employee incentive system.Regarding the employee motivation issue of A Real Estate Company,literature research,interview surveys,and other methods were used to clarify the operation of the incentive system and overall employee satisfaction of the case enterprise.The research results indicate that the incentive system of A real estate company has the following problems: the proportion of spiritual incentive measures in the incentive system;Lack of rationality in regional core incentive assessment;Insufficient incentive effect leads to inability to motivate employees;Lack of effective communication and poor promotion channels for employees;The welfare mechanism has not fully met the needs of employees.In response to the above issues and the reasons for their occurrence,the principles and objectives for optimizing employee motivation in A Real Estate Company are proposed,and corresponding optimization plans are designed:(1)emphasis is placed on supplementing measures for spiritual motivation,and outstanding individuals and teams are awarded spiritual commendations such as certificates of honor,trophies,and soft advertising;(2)Optimize the company’s performance evaluation projects and standards,and add two evaluation standards:profit rewards for new projects and performance rewards for recovered funds;(3)Establishing a reasonable incentive model to improve effectiveness,firstly,selecting the right incentive targets,and secondly,adopting different incentive methods for different employees;(4)Standardize talent selection and performance management systems,and supplement and introduce relevant systems;(5)In response to the company’s current welfare system,adjustments have been made to the purchase benefits,special benefits,and expatriate subsidies according to employee needs.To ensure that the employee incentive optimization plan of A Real Estate Company can be effectively implemented and achieve the expected results,this dissertation proposes four implementation guarantee measures: improving management awareness,ensuring smooth communication at all levels,ensuring distinctive corporate culture,and ensuring publicity and execution funds. |
