Since the policy of reform and opening-up, domestic private enterprises have been expanding at a fast pace. While with their further growth, an effective enterprise management is becoming increasingly more important. Among, incentive system construction has become a core part of HR management. Since only by getting the employees in a perennial positivity and enthusiasm for work, can we make sure a high working performance and keep enterprise course evergreen. In the process of development, private enterprises have deeply aware of the crucial role and bottleneck of employee incentive measures in the future development of enterprises. It has become an essential problem for the enterprises to achieve healthy and sustainable development as to how to accurately understand and discover the current status and problems in employee incentive system, and how to improve the system step by step and in correct priority and thus to motivate their creativity and form a strong loyalty and professional ethics.The thesis, with JH Food Limited Company as example, has systematically analyzed the problems existing in the company’s incentive system on the basis of practical investigation and theoretic support and it made a systematic thought on the system improvement and optimization from material and non-material aspects, and thus proposed the approaches for improvement system.The research conclusions of the thesis will produce a positive significance for employee incentive system construction of JH Food Limited Company, and offer some reference and guidance for other similar enterprises to further optimize their employee incentive systems.
