Abstract/Summary:
In the current fierce competition environment of commercial banks,the competition among commercial banks is the competition of talents.Establishing a sound employee performance appraisal scheme in banks can not only retain talents for banks,but also efficiently manage them,thus continuously providing new impetus for the sustained and steady operation of banks,and finally achieving the strategic goal of sustained growth of bank benefits.Therefore,this paper takes the behavior case of B bub-branch of bank A as an example,analyze the problems existing in the existing employee performance appraisal scheme of Branch B,and tries to establish a set of performance appraisal scheme suitable for Branch B through investigation and research,as well as the reference of relevant theories and experiences.In this paper,many methods,such as literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey,are comprehensively used.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research theories and achievements of performance appraisal at home and abroad,guided by the performance method theory of key performance indicators,With the questionnaire data,this paper comprehensively and objectively analyzes the problems existing in the current employee performance appraisal scheme of,and the causes of these problems are deeply analyzed.On this basis,the paper has carried out the optimization design of the performance appraisal scheme for employees in different positions of Bank A and B Sub-branch.According to the characteristics of the positions and responsibilities of the head of outlets,the back office president,the lobby manager,the account manager and the general teller,the target responsibility system of each position has been formulated in a targeted manner,and the responsibilities of each position and the scores obtained by completing the index appraisal have been defined.At the same time,the new scheme expands the application scope of the performance appraisal results,and takes it as the basis of many aspects,such as employee evaluation,so that the employee performance appraisal scheme is more practical and operational.Finally,This paper analyzes the safeguard measures for the optimization of employee performance appraisal scheme in B sub-branch of bank A,and puts forward to provide strong support for the optimized performance scheme by focusing on personnel safeguard,organization safeguard,system safeguard,cultural safeguard and mechanism safeguard.The optimized employee performance appraisal scheme of B sub-branch designed in this paper aims to give full play to the incentive function of performance appraisal,meet the individualized needs of different types of bank employees,and finally achieve the win-win goal of Branch B and employees.
