Research On The Collaborative Supply Path Of Rural Mutual Aged Care Services In Jinning District Of Kunming

According to the data from the Seventh National Congress,by the end of 2020,18.7% of China’s total population will be aged 60 or above,and 23.81% of the total rural population will be aged 60 or above,indicating that rural areas have become an important area for the elderly in China.With the accelerated aging and urbanization process,the elderly in rural areas are under the double pressure of serious population loss and the widening gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas,and the problem of difficult old age care is becoming increasingly prominent.The lack of resources,single mode and service content in rural areas has largely limited the accessibility of elderly care services in rural areas and become a barrier to the development of the rural elderly care service system.The rise and development of the rural mutual aid model has to a certain extent compensated for the shortcomings of the traditional rural home care model,strengthened the elderly care service function of rural society,and reduced the burden of the government,rural grassroots organisations and families,and has become an effective way to effectively deal with rural elderly care problems.As a pioneer in the exploration and operation of the rural mutual help elderly service model in Yunnan Province,Jinning District in Kunming has created the mutual help elderly service model of "parents’ dining table" and "elderly happy canteen",which effectively solves the basic needs of the elderly in their daily lives This has effectively solved the problem of feeding the elderly,providing them with convenience and further improving their quality of life.The study takes the Jinning District of Kunming as a sample,and uses welfare pluralism and synergy theory to build an analytical framework for the study,which consists of the following six parts.Part I,Introduction.It introduces the research background,significance,research methodology and technical route of rural mutual aid pensions,focusing on the academic history of rural mutual aid pensions and the research dynamics at home and abroad to provide a theoretical basis for the study.The second part,the historical interpretation of rural mutual pensions.This section compares the development of rural mutual care from both historical and practical perspectives.The idea of mutual aid from ancient times to the present,the concept of filial piety culture and the rise of mutual aid societies have provided the foundation for rural mutual care,while the policy basis provided by the state for mutual care and the innovative new model of old age care have laid the foundation for mutual care.The third part,the current situation of rural mutual aid pensions in Jinning District,Kunming.Based on a number of field studies,we have a detailed understanding of the general situation and the real-life development of mutual care in Jinning District.The aim of this study is to analyse the background,mode of operation,funding,difficulties and difficulties faced in the development of the "Parents’ Table" and "Happy Canteen for the Elderly" models of rural mutual care in Jinning District.The fourth part is about the demand for mutual care services for the elderly in rural areas of Jinning District,Kunming City.A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyse the demand for mutual help elderly services in the rural areas of Jinning District using statistical methods.It contains modules on the basic situation of the elderly,the current situation of the elderly,the willingness and relevance of the participation in mutual care,and the demand for mutual care services,etc.A chi-square test model and a binary logistic regression model are used for quantitative analysis to reveal the current deficiencies in the supply of mutual care services for the rural elderly in Jinning District through the actual situation of the elderly in their old age,their willingness and demand for mutual care services.TThe fifth part,the analysis of the supply of rural mutual aged care services in Jinning District,Kunming City.The purpose of this study is to reflect the current supply situation,the change in supply structure,the willingness to supply and the factors influencing the supply of rural mutual care services through the demand of the elderly in Jinning District.The study found that the current supply structure of rural mutual care services in Jinning District is relatively homogeneous,and the matching between demand and supply is poor at this stage,but the supply structure has a diversified development trend.The supply level of rural mutual care services is affected by both external and internal factors,with external factors restricting the level of service supply and internal factors constraining the improvement of service supply capacity.In the sixth part,the coordinated supply path of rural mutual care services in Kunming is constructed.Based on the problems of single supply body,low supply efficiency,lack of supply content,insufficient supply resources,fragmented supply structure,undifferentiated supply level and lack of supervision in the supply system,it is necessary to start from three levels of concrete measures,such as policy promotion and coordination mechanism,multi-corporate coordination and supply mechanism and resource integration and coordination mechanism,to break through the current difficulties in the supply of mutual aid elderly services in Jinning District.In order to break through the current dilemma in the supply of mutual elderly care services in Jining District,it is necessary to try to construct a path of supplying mutual elderly care services with the collaboration of multiple actors.
