| Nowadays,with the urban construction and economic development,people’s consumption level has gradually improved.As the main place of consumption,pedestrian street is the main position of commercial activities to promote domestic demand and revitalize consumption.However,at present,the development of pedestrian street presents the same picture of thousands of cities,which fails to make people obtain satisfactory travel experience and consumption experience.At the same time,with the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid popularization of the Internet,the business environment and consumption habits have changed.Consumers are not limited to the demand of material level,but more begin to pursue the feeling of spiritual level.Based on this background,the original traditional marketing model of pedestrian street can no longer meet the needs of current consumers,and the transformation and upgrading is urgent.Taking LX Road Pedestrian Street as a case sample,this thesis analyzes its specific construction based on the six aspects of environment,facilities,business,marketing,service and management in the smart business district system.From the perspective of experience marketing,according to the theoretical framework of sense,emotion,thinking,action and relevance,this thesis analyzes and studies the current experience situation of the block in the environment of smart business district,and puts forward the corresponding experience marketing strategy according to the summarized shortcomings,so as to solve the experience deficiency of pedestrian street and bring better consumption experience to consumers.It is hoped that through the experience marketing strategy research on the case of LX Road Pedestrian Street,it can provide valuable references and suggestions for more similar pedestrian streets.The research shows that the construction of smart business district helps to improve the wisdom level of pedestrian street,which has important value and significance for improving consumers’ experience.It not only beautifies the scene space of the block,optimizes the business brand of the block,improves the service capacity of the block,strengthens the operation and management of the block,but also creates an online and offline platform ecological chain to provide residents,tourists and businesses with a safer,convenient,comfortable and honest living environment,consumption environment and business environment. |
