Abstract/Summary:
As China’s industry continues to develop in depth,it drives the increasing demand for chemical logistics by enterprises, and promotes the steady progress of the professional logistics market. At the same time, the safety and economy of tank containers are constantly emerging, and enterprises are more inclined to use tank containers for chemical transportation.Facing the increasing demand for chemical logistics, high professional requirements of tank containers with high equipment cost and limitation on special transport,it is a challenge for the logistics planning. In this paper, the following studies are conducted to meet the increasing demand of chemical storage and transportation. In this paper, the tank containers, which includes medium-size intermediate bulk container(IBC)and large-size tanktainers, and their logistics characteristics are discussed, and its influencing factors are analyzed from three aspects of intermodal transport network construction. The factors including: transfer node location, route planning, inventory adjustment, logistics resource allocation, network transport proportionality and vehicle filling rates.Based on these, considering the chemical logistics scenarios such as vehicle filling rate, transportation proportionality, and node load capacity constraints,an IBC intermodal transportation network planning model that minimizes the total transportation cost is constructed, and the validity of the model is verified through case analysis. The results show that compared with traditional transportation, the model has lower transportation cost, higher vehicle filling rate, more economic, proportional and robust. On the basis of the above model,by adding tanktainers to realize combined transportation with more land transport nodes and new tanktainer conversion and construction costs of nodes,an intermodal transport network for both medium-and largesize tank containers is constructed to minimize the total cost. The model is verified by case analysis. The results show that the model planning is better than those of traditional transportation. In order to further analyze the impact of key problems on the logistics policy and suggestion: Firstly,it is necessary to set the filling rate constraint to improve the logistics economy.Secondly, increase the setting value of filling rate to strengthen the overall logistics economy.Thirdly, select the setting value of filling rate according to the actual situation, such as setting ε=60%,then,the overall economy of IBC-FP logistics is the best.Fourthly, select the appropriate intermodal transport scheme based on real-time data, and this paper have provided 5intermodal transport schemes.Fifth, optimize chemical logistics through dual container multimodal transport.Sixth, deploy delayed node transport tasks first, running TITN in multiple cycles.Seventh, formulate logistics based on real-time data strategy, and make adjustments during the event to ensure the completion of the strategy. In this paper, starting from the logistics characteristics of tank containers, considering factors such as vehicle filling rate and transport proportionality, this paper builds intermodal transport network planning models, and analyzes its logistics strategy formulation based on these models. It has certain practical value and theoretical significance to further enrich the research results of the intermodal transport network planning of tank containers and the formulation of logistics strategies.
