The development of the inspection and testing industry is related to people’s quality of life,life safety,and even national security.Third-party testing agencies are independent,and the inspection and testing reports issued by them have strong credibility.As people pay more attention to product quality,food safety,ecological environment and other issues,products in various fields are becoming more and more abundant,the industrial development trend is good,and the international trade continues to develop,and the scale of the third-party testing industry is expanding rapidly.The development time of the domestic third-party testing industry is relatively short.At present,my country’s testing and testing market has completed the stage of full monopoly and is going through the stage of monopolistic competition.The current market is mainly composed of the government,private enterprises,and foreign-funded enterprises.Among them,the institutions led by the government are in the leading position in the market,followed by foreign-funded enterprises with a 30% market share.Affected by the current changes in my country’s market competition rules,this market pattern is changing rapidly.The inspection and testing institutions in the market will compete fiercely in the future,and new institutions will continue to join them.The full opening phase is approaching.The inspection and testing market will be a blue ocean in the future.This paper studies the development strategy of GX Testing Company based on the theory of corporate strategic development.GX Testing Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of H Company,a comprehensive third-party testing agency in my country.Law and Porter’s Five Forces Model explores its external threats and opportunities,uses value chain analysis to study its internal strengths and weaknesses,and uses SWOT analysis to propose six alternative overall strategies and three business competition strategies.The matrix model determines that the overall strategy and competition strategy of GX testing company are related diversification strategy and differentiation strategy respectively.Finally,it is proposed to build a diversified business structure by locating new markets and developing new fields,such as making full use of Guangxi’s geographical advantages to develop markets in Southeast Asia and Europe,and developing trade assurance testing business;providing differentiated service solutions through customer segmentation management;to strengthen The construction of online channels,offline channels and internal channels to create differentiated marketing;to speed up brand building,to establish strategic measures such as unique brand advantages,and to match the four aspects of organization,finance,talent and technical support as safeguards.This paper selects GX testing company as the research object,and the conclusions drawn can also provide reference for the future development of third-party testing institutions.Therefore,the research significance of this paper is that it can theoretically enrich the research on the development strategies of third-party testing institutions,and at the practical level,it can also provide reference for third-party testing institutions to formulate development strategies in the future.
