In this paper,based on the research of the DB express company development strategy,in the global one hundred,no significant change of historical conditions and the Chinese government have put forward on the basis of the systemic circulation,domestic and international dual cycle promotes a new model of development environment,China is facing the challenges and opportunities in the continuous development and development of China’s economic development is at an important period of strategic opportunities.The emergence of new development trends leads to new development opportunities for China’s express industry.The Times are moving forward,the economic pattern is reshaping,market environment uncertainty is increasing,and enterprise development strategies should also keep pace with the times and keep up with the pace of the times.DB express will face new development opportunities and challenges.This paper uses a combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge,on the basis of the theory of strategic management,and use the PEST,Porter’s Five Forces Model,SWOT strategic analysis tools,such as analysis of DB express enterprise’s internal and external environmental factors,determine its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats,build strategic combination and strategic evaluation and choice,Finally,the most suitable for DB express company’s overall strategy: growth strategy and competitive strategy: differentiation strategy.The conclusion of this paper is:(1)The scale of China’s express market is on the rise,and the express industry will enter a period of high-quality development.(2)The Chinese government issues relevant policies to support and encourage the coordinated development of express delivery industry,manufacturing industry,e-commerce and other related industries.(3)Business innovation stimulates new consumer demand,and the potential of online consumption will be further released.Livestream e-commerce,express delivery and other innovative businesses create potential consumer demand,and the express industry has great potential for future development.(4)DB Express company should further reform,transform and improve the organizational structure through business,service,information technology,human resources and brand image;Ensure the company in the changing express market positioning,expand the company’s market size.Enhance the competitiveness of the company,create differentiated advantages,to ensure the implementation of the company’s sustainable development strategy.⑸summarizes relevant research conclusions through a systematic study of the development strategic objectives and contents of DB Express Company,providing new cases,new achievements and new ideas for the study of the development of China’s express industry.
