Research On Development Issues And Countermeasures Of Hefei CSA Farm

In the process of nearly 40 years of industrialization and transformation of agriculture in China,the extensive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides caused by intensive production methods is destroying the agricultural ecosystem which has been in a virtuous cycle for thousands of years.Food safety and environmental pollution are attracting more and more people’s attention.In this context,a kind of abroad is committed to environmentally friendly,to ensure food health and build a new type of agricultural producers and consumers trust and mutual assistance,Community supported agriculture(hereinafter referred to as the "CSA")was introduced into China,and the "new farmers" exploration of innovation to create lines belong to the community support agriculture road with Chinese characteristics,CSA farms with Chinese characteristics have been established.However,many CSA farms have many problems in the development process due to various reasons.The author consulted relevant literature,conducted field research,visited and understood the overall situation of local CSA agriculture in Hefei,and then selected 7typical CSA farms in Hefei for in-depth research and combined with the questionnaire survey of farm members.Summed up the Hefei CSA farms in the development and the management outstanding less relevant supporting policies,profitability is not high,low revenue,hire difficult and professional staff is not strong,farms provide services directly there is a deviation with actual demand,farms and consumer relations close enough and old marketing issues.Based on the existing development problems of Hefei CSA farm and the actual needs of consumers,and a successful farms,puts forward the countermeasures of CSA farm: firstly,increase policy support to create a good development environment;Secondly,broaden the scope of business and realize diversified development;Thirdly,perfect the system of talent recruitment and training,appropriately hire or cultivate research lecturers;Fourthly,expand service types based on rigid needs and invite consumers to participate deeply;Fifthly,enhance the trust relationship with consumers;Sixthly,make full use of new media and develop publicity channels.Seventhly,Gain the trust of more supporters.Finally make conclusion.
